Before and During

have had some down time on vacation so thought i'd post these. i will be loading for R2 on aug 13, but thought i'd put a before /during before starting that round.

before was '05 i was about 195-ish -- after was this morning, 141.8.

i actually started my weight loss journey in '07 with portion control. lost about 30lbs that way and stalled, found LC in may of '08, lost maybe 10lbs in almonst 3 years of LC. got down to 141 eating ZC at the end of '09 (maybe), decided i didn't want to just eat meat the rest of my life and went back to LC, gained 15 lbs over several months eating LC and maintained that fairly well, but didn't like that weight....started R1 of LC on may 23 '11. lost 14.4 on R1 and will load for R2 on Aug 13. hoping for between 10 & 15 more on R2.

thanks, ladies....it is a process we go thru, isn't it? i have loved having you all to share the experience for part of my journey.

jnaakins....i am 5'4".

(sniff, sniff...my 13 yo premie peanut has passed me in height by an inch and a half.)

thank you ladies....it's good for my mind to post these as i still see a LOT of flaws. but when i see the side by side...that helps some.

thank you. :blush: (i'll be 37 in oct). he has 3 siblings, too. a nearly 12 yo brother. a 9yr old brother. and my baby, 6.5 yr girlygirl!

I have 4 kids too!! My oldest is heading towards being taller than his dad--and my DH (his dad!) is 6'2". My kids are 15 (my God he has his permit already); 12 (he is looking right in my eyes, no longer looking up at me); 10 (my only girl) and 5. They grow up so fast don't they?
