First day w/o HCG and SO hungry!

Boy, that was fast! Not that I had a doubt that the hHCG was working, but I was not prepared for the hunger to kick in so soon! It's only lunch time and my stomach is trying to eat itself. Gnawing hunger like I haven't eaten in a month! Water will not help! Argh!

Off topic, does anyone know offhand how many calories a 14oz (pre-cooked weight) NY Strip steak has? Thinking ahead to my first day of P3 on Saturday!

Oh man this is not what I wanted to hear since Im starting P3 next week and Im also doing the intermountain pellets. I hope you get some relief soon! I hear upping your protein a little at each meal on these LCDs helps a bit and shouldnt alter your weight- I dont know if thats true or not, but I remember reading that.
About the calories in the steak- if you have ****** you could probably plug that in and it should tell you. I dont use it but alot of people use it to figure out calories in foods.

The internet says 8 oz uncooked NY Strip steak has 450 calories...

wait another site says 59.3 cals per oz so that would be 788 calories, that sounds more like it.

You got those eggwhites, right? Have some of that. Won't hurt you a bit. Or some lean protein. Don't go nuts with anything.... keep 'er steady as she goes ...

Yes. I had an egg white protein shake and P2 chili so far. That's a little under 300 calories. Oh yes, and an apple. And I am still soooooo hungry!

Have some MORE protein! Tomorrow is big P3 day, n'est pas? What's the plan? Eggs, sausage/bacon, sliced tomatoes and avocado for breakfast? Yumyum (You would THINK they would have more eating emoticons on this site... )

Hunger is a little better today, had a soy protein coffee slushie this morning and I think that helped. It's been a LONG time since I've had anything resembling a breakfast, lol.

Tomorrow morning I plan on having 3 poached eggs and 5 slices of turkey bacon. My friend is taking me out to lunch to celebrate and I am having a 14oz NY Strip Steak and salad with vinegar and oil. Dinner is probably going to be a hamburger patty grilled on my George Foreman grill and a BIG garbage salad that my mother-in-law is making.

I can't wait!!

On a side note, this weekly weigh-in broke a 12 week cycle of lose, lose, gain by netting me a LOSS on the week that has usually ended in a GAIN!

Weighed in at 195.8 this morning! Not a huge loss for the week, only 1.4 lbs, but since every 3rd week has resulted in gains since my 2nd week, I WILL TAKE IT AND LOVE IT!

13 weeks of hHCG and 49 lbs GONE!
