T.O.M...gain? stall?

OK....I am only on R1P2 Day6...I saw losses for 4 days and past two days in a row I am up .4 each day...T.O.M. should be here Friday.

Do any of you gain or stall the pre-TOM days? Do you see a big loss when it arrives?

Seriously how does one gain on 500-700 calories per day? And yes...I am drinking my water..ALL of it.

It's definitely just water retention...I gain a bit at ovulation and before TOM. Messes with my head, but the whoosh always comes.

I'll second that! I'm only on day 32 of my first round, but have stalled both at TOM (just a one day stall) and OV (which might have set off a 3 day stall last week). It will be hard to know if this is a pattern until I've done another cycle.

Hang in there...!
