Can I tell you one that I am planning on having in P3?

1 scoop vanilla egg-protein powder
3oz spinach
1/2 cup cottage cheese ~or~ 1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
15 drops raspberry-chocolate liquid stevia
1 TB unsweetened cocoa powder

crushed ice/water/splash of hwc

I literally can't wait. I am not much of a breakfast person but in re-learning better eating habits, this is something I can commit to and do on a regular basis. I am not much of an egg eater (hate scrambled and hard-boiled) so this is a better fit for me.

About 375 calories, give or take a few. About 40g of protein.

As long as you are not sensitive to Splenda like I am, I don't see why not. I have a ton of Torani s/f syrups that I hope to use someday.

Coco Berry Smoothie

This is such a decadent and filling treat and can be used as a meal replacement. It's perfect for the summertime!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup Full Fat Plain Yogurt
•5 Coconut Milk Ice Cubes
(I use the Thai brand in the can)
•1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
(vanilla or plain)
•3 or 4 Frozen Strawberries
(Can also substitute raspberries)
•1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
•Stevia To Taste
(I use NuNaturals Pure White Stevia Extract Powder)
•3/4 Cup Water

Blend and enjoy.

This is very thick and the coconut ice cubes make it so rich, smooth and creamy.

You'll never miss a Wendy's frosty again!

Where can you get whey protein without sugar/carbs? I dont have much experience with protein powders.
