Im new to this. Today was my first vlcd. I loaded Mon and Tues and only went up .2lbs. I expected more, but was happy to not see the scale go way up. I have felt no hunger all day!! I feel like I'm peeing every little bit ugh. Eating was a breeze today. I'm so excited about this and can't wait to start seeing the results. The only thing I've noticed is being a little spacey today. It's like I can't seem to focus quite right. I did start the day tired so that might be part of it.

I just bought a roast put it inthe crockpot and added canned Rotel tomatoes with lime and cilantro, but it actually has some green bell pepper in there too... so I took them out right away.
do you think mixing veggies this way wil hurt my losses? ![]() |

I am down, but not to where I was the day before yesterday. Geesh, I have heard of some having trouble in their second week, but this is just crazy!!! Normally for me it is wek #3 that is troublesome. I was hoping to be further along than this. Nothing doing but following the plan for today in hopes of being down some more tomorrow.

glad to hear the scale has turned around! . Hang in there! We WILL reap the rewards. I am still cursing my sister, lol, because I decided on a R2 because she wanted to start, and she hasn't even started yet!!!! That is ONE reason I need a super, duper round![]() |

Only lost .2 today. Been a rough week for me with losses after my big loss weekend. Oh well. So, this is the last day of week 4 for me (on P2).
So far, after 4 weeks, I've lost 19lbs. I only have 3-5 days of VLC, so I hope to lose another 3lbs or so. I know after the drops last round, I still lost quite a few more lbs. Here’s to squeezing in a few more lbs! A good 23lb loss would be great on this 35-day round. |

Ok I have info to report!
My crockpot beef recipe turned out totally delish... London broil and Rotel tomatoes cook for 8-10 hours and shred! I can't wait for dinner. I went to Cost Plus World Market last night and they have Torani SF Syrups! $6.99 ea. (SF) Almond Roca, White Chocolate, Irish Cream, Almond,Caramel, Rasperry, Vanilla. They even had bacon flavor lol. I wonder if that one has sugar in it? The label said that you could use it in mashed potatoes of all things. I signed up for their member perks and got $10 off $30. I'm down 3.4 lbs on my 4th day of vlcd, officially my LIW which I am happy with becuase I tortured myself over load weight but in retrospect I'm very happy that I did what I did. Still feeling like I have a cold. Going to bed at 7pm every night to get rest. Have a good day all! ~Lara

I'm off work today at 3pm and so I go straight home and have dinner, which is mid day, keeps my energy up. I have to confess that when I'm on hcg for the first 3 weeks or more any time I eat anything I have to run to the bathroom 15 minutes later, so rather than doing that I just wait until I'm home. I usually lay in bed until 9 or 10 but research says that even resting is like sleeping, I just havent been feeling well, body aches and sinus stuff. I do wake up earlier but I find that I'm more refreshed this way. If sleep has anything to do with weight loss and hcg then I will sleep through August lol. I told my coworker about the syrups and she said "oh I dont like the waythey taste" but I have had them in iced coffees all the time and love them so much. Cant wiat to try the almond roca one. We can even think of different desserts to put them in. yum. Last edited by LaraSuzz; 08-04-2011 at 09:17 AM.. |

Nice! (Not the woozy part). Maybe some potassium would help the woozy?
I'm down .2. Down is down. Of course, I wish it was more. Stay outta the heat today, everyone! |

Ok. Today I am totally pissed off. I am up yet again. So apple day here I come!!! I have seen the same damn numbers on the scale since I started weighing last week. It has gone up or down an oz or 2 but still, very frustrating. I know I am at a former set point, but during my last rounds I have flown by these numbers. So I am doing my best to shake this off me. My body may like to settle at 133, but I sure as hell don't want to!!!
