If asked, I do tell people...some get the detailed version, some get the "restricted eating plan" response.

For those REALLY interested: I have emails, documents, spreadsheets to log daily weight loss, where I have purchased, recipes, food items to use, ANYTHING that I have found to help on this journey.

I have to admit I was very skeptical when I first heard about this diet. Of course the person that was doing it got it in the mail hidden in a dolls purse along with other toys. I was so afraid of her doing an injectable that she got that way. She did end up getting very ill. Was it the HCG? Who knows. But I read and researched and here I am. I have been blasted by others who don't understand the diet. I just have to sigh and move on. I don't expect anyone else to do this diet but it is my choice. I don't understand why people get mad if you have made this choice.

Ya, I agree people are turds. The next person who asks will get a detox diet answer for sure.

And it really applies to many things, I'm generally irritated by peoples attitudes lately.
For example, my moms gardener told her to call back if any weeds came up after they sprayed them. My mom calls me and says she just called them and his wife said I cant hear you and hung up on her. So I call for my mom and the wife answers and I tell her about the weeds, and laughs and says well you have to call back right away not one year later. I told her listen, first of all I am the messenger, and just following your instructions. Take a look at the weeds and then let us know what you want to do. Obviouly she wants more money. Shes a jerk and its not the first time she acts like one.
I am getting wise with age and let me tell you I will not be bulldozed by anyone. If they dont like what I do they can leave no one is forcing them to listen to you or making them do anything. Some people need a good verbal slap once in a while.

Heck, I'm STILL skeptical, myself! I'm kind of still in shock that it actually works!

hehehe, Actually I mentioned my weight loss to a student of my class and she asked me what I was doing and I said drinking water, eating lean meats and lots of veggies and fruits, basically lower calories and some exercise. she asked about my menu and I told her. She smiled and gave me some exercise suggestions. She even asked for a recipe for one of my lunches. Cool!

Not a word about HCG. I had fun sharing our successes in our different ways, she's very fit and walks 8K regularly. I walk to my car and back!

This came up for me for the first time today. I ran into my local bank branch to cash a check, and my favorite teller did a double take and said "Wow, you've lost weight!" She's a woman of my own age, and we have lamented many times about how hard it is to lose weight at this time in life. So she immediately asked "how did you do it?" But there was a line waiting, and no time for long explanations, so I just said "very low carbs" and left it at that.
