Please share your P2 vs P3 losses with me!
I swear I read somewhere that the first week is always the most dramatic weight loss (perhaps it was in Pounds and Inches?
). That certainly has been the case for me. I'd like to have others weigh in and share their 1st week/2nd week and even 3rd week losses so I can see what to expect. Thanks in advance! ![]() |

12.5 first week
5.5 second haven't measured yet, sunday i measure. doing vegetarian vlcd, hhcg i do not do the melba toast, i KNOW i would devour the box i add in extra protein, fruit, or veggies if i need and i find i like 1/3 cup cottage cheese late in the evening as i cannot sleep when my belly has that empty feeling. my job is quite physical and so far so good i have had 2 diet pepsi's since starting i actually minimize the stevia as well, i do have some flavour drops i add to water when im sick of it, also do lemon in my water which helps. would say stevia maybe twice a week so far ?? i drink a ton of green tea and have eliminated coffee, think my coffee was actually a vessel to satiate my need for cream and sugar appetite is minimal, i have found a new found love for cabbage, and i think i could live on fruit alone. i do have to force myself with the veggies at times. i love veggies but the ones i love i cannot have with exception of lettuce i have a hard time with celery but i could eat 30 oranges a day |

Your title throws us off. P3 is the stabilization phase of the diet. I think you meant week 1 and week 2 of P2, right?
I ALWAYS lose best the first week. I coined the term "golden week" for it. This round, including my 10lbs of load I've lost: week 1: 12lbs week 2: 3 (I think) I'm really hoping next week picks up as I'd like to end after that week. I will probably have to extend it but a girl can dream! ![]() |

Thanks for responding! those are great weights for week 1 and 2! Looks like its pretty normal to slow down after the first week. Bummer. I also have cottage cheese at night if Im too hungry/empty to sleep and I regularly use it in place of my protein, almost once a day lately. I'm totally with you on the coffee- I love it but *have* to have it creamy and sweet so I've been having tea instead.

I did a 21 day round (23 if you count loading)
week 1 = 9 lb loss week 2 = 2.2 lb loss week 3 = 3.5 lb loss wow, I knew that but looking at it this way..... I just didn't realize how big a loss I had my first week!!!! |

I lost 8lbs during week 1. 5lbs in week 2 and 3lbs during week 3. Week 3 was aweful. Blah! But yes, week one is always the most dramatic loss

Also, I don't have Melba toast either. On any day. This is the beginning of week 4 and I know it'll be better than week 3.

I lost the most in my 6th week.
