Wow, you can't eat "enough"?! Many folks would be jealous!

That's exactly right Metga. Part of my reason for doing this experiment was to find out how much effect the HCg has on my hunger. I want to determine if the EFGT WoE is affecting my hunger. I also wanted to see how much effect my eating off protocol has on my weight loss.

Are you still not dosing with the hcg? Thanks for sharing with us! Wishing you continued success.

HCG with EFGT meals

Day 25 weight 334.8 1209cals 74% 19% 7% FPC. Ate lunch at 8:30 am. ate the whole thing mostly I split it up....save some for later. Got home from work at 2:45pm drank large ice tea. Around 3:30 I got hungry and made up some broccoli with butter and garlic and roast pork....was great. Hope it holds till bed.
I'm not dosing with HCG will not till monday or maybe longer. I'm worried about the hunger....losses are still there with just EFGT but without the HCG the hunger seems to be comming back.

It will be interesting to see how many days it takes for the hunger to come back fully.

In some ways I'm really hoping it doesn't.....even on the HCG i've had days with a little more or less hunger. If it comes back in full then I know the HCG is having a definite effect on my fat cells.

This is R2P3D6 for me, and I feel like my hunger came back pretty quickly. It was the same for me during the first round P3. I stablized great R1, and so far, the same is true for this round. During the first round P3 I did not eat to BMR and continued to lose a bit. I was fully satisfied but was only averaging about 1100-1200 calories. This round I am pushing the envelope and am averaging around 2000. So far so good. I am eating VERY high fat, higher protein, low carb and loving it!

I really appreciate all the the support I don't feel like I'm doing that well right now. I'm going to write this weekend off as to dieting call it loading (which I think is a bad thing to do now I mean LOADING) or whatever. My wif-ee's brother came into town to visit 8 hour drive for a 7 hour visit..... We went out to breakfast and I ate on plan but gi-normas portions. We then went to to the festival. I had an italian sausage with onions and peppers...no problem except for the mead I had with it...2 glasses. On the way home My wife (wif-ee) wanted some wine coolers she's on vcation this weekend through monday. I got myself something also (always a bad idea). Starting next week I'm going to start HCG again. I will keep reporting. I'm starting to come to some conclusions concerning HCG and EFGT....I will report my conclusions when I see them firm up. We really need some more people to try some variation on accepted theory for HCG dieting I think we can make it a lot easier on the people who really want to work the plan.

I average 68% fat usually 70% 0r 72% fat. I just did my lipid panel it is better than my last test when I was half way through my first round of HCG
(with low fat)!!! I get so upset when I see low fat low cal is the way to go....when 20+ years of low fat has left us fatter than ever!

I'm hoping to be one of those variation people. I'm not so bold as to go as high calories has you have with HCG but I've lost pretty okay with 650 calorie average ( allowable 700cal) of which 89g of that is protein. Still haven't the courage to try higher fat though. I have another round or two to do, so maybe I'll experiment with the one after this next one, when I'm closer to goal and have less to lose ( weight and failure)

I'm going to be trying a variation as well. I did a few days on the OWL diet, then caught a bug and have been down and out these past 3 weeks. Finally finished up my medication yesterday, so ready to start HCG variation tomorrow. I'll LYK how it goes after a week or so.

The scary part of yesterday is how easy it was to go off plan and blowup the day.

Metga as you approach goal looses slow some.....when you reach goal you may need to change your WoE. Please read the EFGT material especially Why We Get Fat(and what we can do about it) It goes much further than Atkins as to causes and cures to our problem. Even people who are not metabolicly impared like us need to be careful.
