Hi Fozzie. So now that you've been at this for 15 days, how much have you lost so far? I went back to the beginning of the thread, but I didn't see your starting weight and I wasn't sure which weights were loading days, etc. How do you feel overall? Does it seem like this formula is working for you? Wishing you the best in your experiment!

HCG with EFGT meals
After loading I was at 352.8 as of yesterday 336.8 this morning 340.4 probably water up 3lbs in one day pretty much has to be water. Feel fine I'm losing at about the same rate as my first 2 rounds of HCG pretty much on protocol.

16lbs in 16 days is just about as much as you can ask for HCG protocol while following Pounds and Inches VLCD. this is incredible and wonderful.

HCG with EFGT meals
Day 16 weight 338.4 1016cals (wasn't hungry) 77% 16% 7% FPC.
Thanks for all the support!! I really look foward to seeing responses to this topic. I'm eating a lot! Maybe sometimes when not hungry . This level of calories is easy to maintain. I'm not sure how much role the HCG is playing. I have about 10 days of injections left in this round (I go by how much is left of my 5000iu. vial). I'm going to take 2 days off and eat the same way then start another round. I've never noticed any signs of immunuity before and I'm impatient.

Congratulations on your success
![]() I've also been curiously watching this thread. I have to wonder as women if we would be able to get away with the higher calorie/higher fat, while on hhcg. I am skeptical![]() |

HCG with EFGT meals
Ok....Daily menu Spread out over the course of the day from 4am. to 9pm.
Breakfast LARGE CUP of coffee with 2oz. of heavy cream. 3-5 hours later depending entirely on hunger. Lunch .5-1.5 cups of either green beans or cauliflower "potatoes" or broccoli plus 3-5oz. of smoked roast pork (smoked by my own little hands). 4-6 hours later, the later the better but dependant on hunger. The rest of lunch because sometimes I don't finish it or another copy of lunch. I also drink at least a half gallon of grape kool aid (it's Da' bomb the best flavor) and a LOT of iced tea with lemon. I sometimes make an Italian sausage cream cheese quiche for lunch and or dinner. (I hate to keep the fixins around because of the temptation to pig on it) I sometimes make 3 egg egg salad for a meal with 1 Tbsp of mayo (homemade) per egg. I sometime do tuna salad or mackeral salad also.If I MUST "cheat" before bed I'll get an ounce or 2 of pork to nibble. Depending on hunger and or compulsion (brain hunger or brain fart as you please) I consume between 850 and 2100 cals a day average 1500 now for 3 weeks. For sweets I make jello mousse or chocolate mousse. I have a high fat high cal version and a low fat low cal but more carb version. Flame suit on. ![]() Last edited by fozzie99; 08-20-2011 at 10:56 AM.. Reason: spelling |

I've tried my 2 main stores and neither carries any thing but fresh.
I like Hellman's mayo but like to experiment, I've used coconut oil and lemon juice also gasp! corn oil and canola oil. Use pepper and pepper mixes. I've also made a "sweet mayo" There are a lot of recipes on the net and on the forums. Thank you all for your support and interest it keeps me going. |

I find your experiment truly interesting. Do you think it's the HCG helping you to lose or just the decrease in calories?
Either way, you're doing a great job! |

HCG with EFGT meals
I started this whole thing with 2 rounds of HCG following protocol fairly closely with a few differences. I've done a lot of research on how we process food and store and release fat. It started me thinking that the HCG protocol wasn't as efficient at fat loss as it could be and maybe wasn't doing what people say it was. I'm from misery (missouri) I have to be shown. I started to have doubts. I started doing EFGT for 2 weeks to see if I could lose on it without HCG. I ate 1000-1500cals a day but had pangs which I never had on HCG. I decided to combine the 2. HCG releases fat from stores adding a little more from outside shouldn't stop the losses fat is fat. I'm at 3 weeks and losing at about the same rate as I did on HCG alone. When I finish this round I'm going to do 2 or 3 days of straight EFGT to see if the pangs are gone. Will report. So to answer your question. I don't know but I will find out.

HCG with EFGT meals
I HATE this WoE!!!! I just ate brunch I cooked 1.25 cups of broccoli and 7 oz. of smoked roast pork. I could only eat 2oz of the pork and less than .75 cup of the broccoli plus ice tea(less than 600cals). I desire more but am full
