Did anyone lose weight on VLC days w/out HCG?

Is it expected that you will stay the same weight as the day you stop your hcg even though you are still eating VLC for 2 or 3 days or can you still lose weight on those VLC days before moving into P3?

Some do...I had a weight loss on the morning of my 1st day of VLC before actually starting it. For those that do have a loss, they see it as a buffer for below their LDW.

Yup!! You are still only eating those 500 calories so you may lose. But you may not. Everyone is different. I hope you do!!

If you do, be sure to not use that for your LDW!

I either lost on my 1st or 2nd VLCD after the LDW. It was over a pound which really helped alot. I had no correction days in P3 or P4. My LDW was 163.8. I will be starting another round sometime soon.

I lost 3 lbs during my last couple of VLCD's but once I stabilized I was right at my LDW - it sounds like everyone is slightly different. My husband lost another 5 lbs then stabilized below his LDW and yes, I'm jealous!!!!

I lost 2 pounds in my 72 hours VLCD without hcg. It was nice to have some wiggle room as I started upping my calories. Good luck!

Yes, I lost 4 pounds the last 72 hrs. so LIW was 244 last official day was 240.

This is very important... let me splain...
My LIW was 244 and 2 over =246 is where I'm supposed to be.
Now I am at 251 so I am still 5 over =steak day im doing right now.
Hoping I can lose 4 lbs before I start loading...
This is why you should correct anything over 2 lbs in P3 just because you are already getting a big buffer. My buffer was actually 6 pounds and I still went over.

Omg imma kill my coworker she just offered my chocolate and she knows im on a steak day. lol.
