If you are strict (as it states in your stats to the left) I would NOT have the SF pops. They are sugar free but not on plan. Save them for P3!! You can have shaved ice along with some flavoring like the liquid stevia, or a strawberry smoothie--just blend water and strawberries and ice and sweetener for a nice P2 cold treat. But for me, I stay away from SF pops.

This is probably not where people want to see a loading menu so I will post a link to some that I have done:

Dawn's Loading menu

There are some really good ideas. What I would do is take the ideas that are low carb in there and not full of sugar and devise a menu from that. Happy loading!!!

Down another 1.3 lbs today for 9 lbs in 5 days. I know it's mostly water weight but it feels good to get it off.

Hubby and I went on a hike today and I was really worried I wouldn't have enough energy so I ate a boiled egg before we went. It did the trick and I made it through with only needing to stop once on a really steep uphill part. The hike was beautiful with two waterfalls, the river, and tons of huge fir trees along the trail. We did manage to kick up a bees nest and DH and our lab got stung. Luckily I was the first one through and got away unscathed.

This was our first hike since my broken wrist(still in a brace) and surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago and it felt really good to get out of the house and enjoy summer for a bit.

Joining the thread. Started loading for Round 2 today. Up 4 lbs from visiting my cousin and eating homemade rhubarb pie and sweet corn and rolls....ummmm. Now time to go for it and not procrastinate and let those pounds stick. Which is what I would normally do.

I managed to lose 0.8 this morning. I ate off protocol a tiny bit yesterday and today, and TOM is looming so I don't really expect a loss tomorrow. I guess I'll just be pleasantly surprised if I get one!
