So what I have been doing is eating 250 calories of meat a couple of hours before my runs, a carb/fat free protein shake immediately after my run, and 250 calories of meat later on. But that 250 calories usually comes out to much more than 100 grams. I guess it doesn't matter much at this point, I'm thrilled with my weight loss so far. I'm just wondering if anyone else just eats to their daily calorie limit as opposed to meat grams.
I don't count calories at all. I just measure the portion sizes and eat exactly according to plan.

TOM :(

Still at 130.5 today.

I haven't seen much movement on the scale in the past few days and today I got my TOM, so I guess that's why.

It's frustrating because I am on BC (nuvaring), and I purposefully continue with a new ring without the week break for a period so that I can get the best results this round. This is the second time since I've been on this diet that not only has my period come a week early, but that it's come when I have been on the ring. Weird.

I went for a power walk yesterday because I have been feeling so "squishy." Normally I am a walker, and long walks don't phase me. But less than half way into my walk my muscles were very sore, and I was worn out by the time I got home.

Hoping to see a whoosh once AF leaves.

This is what I do. Different types of meat have diff calorie counts but I just stick to 3.5 oz., my veggie, and my fruit.

Hi Cathy, looks like we are both back at it. Hopefully we can both get back on track like we were before.

I weighed in with a 1.5 lb loss this morning. Hopefully the weight comes off quickly this round.

So since it's Friday and the weekends are always so difficult for me, I am going to swing by the grocery store on my way home from work and stock up on my fruit and veggies so that my food will be all planned out. I figured it might be easier if I can just open the fridge and just grab something quick.

That is how I made it through this week. I made all my chicken before hand and knew just what I would eat every single day. Made it much easier to just grab and eat. I would say grab and go, but I didn't go anywhere but from the fridge to the table!!

That is me as well. I only weigh my protein as prescribed and then with the other stuff just go by what is in the original plan. It has worked for me every time.

this! the foods are specific for being the most nutrient dense for thier portions and the veggies and fruits are the most diuretic so they all work together with the hcg to flush abnormal fat out

It is all because
1. I loaded really well
2. my body is not used to being this weight (the whole resetting your hypothalamus works )
3. I drank a buttload of water yesterday. Might as well. 8 hours in a car with nothing to do but drink??!! That equals a lot of water...along with a lot of potty break stops

It was me Didn't mind a bit. I drove to see my mom because her DH died last week. Wanted to spend a bit of time with her since they are not having any kind of service or memorial for him. Do not even ask as I am mad as heck about that, but that is a whole 'nother can of worms right there. We were just on vacation last week, so my DH could not go with me. I am lucky that even I was able to go!! My co-workers made sure my shifts were covered. Now I have to go in tonight. Happy Friday to y'all!!

I am happy to report that I have made it through day 4 and am 6 lbs down including the 3 I gained loading. I am mainly sticking to protocol but I am eating off the OWL list for fruits and veggies for more of a variety.

I go on vacation in 3 weeks so will need to be on P3 by August 19th. Right now I am 153.6(11 lbs over last rounds LDW) and want to be 140 by the end of this round. I am doing some exercise in the form of walking(very restricted with a broken wrist to do much else) every evening and hope to continue with it through my entire P2.

So anyway, I'm back to get some support and to give some support and to hopefully get this weight off once and for all.

Great loss today! I definitely do best when I have everything planned out. Temptations aren't nearly as tempting when you have a plan!

Another 1.8 today! I could not be happier Total loss for week 2 = 5.8, not bad at all considering I started the week with a 2 pound gain.

I am down just a tad today. Only 0.4 But it is down. I have to catch up to my huge whoosh this week. So another hot, but on protocol day here in SC where the temp will be 101 and a heat index of 105. So you know I won't need reminders to drink water today. I downed 4 liters yesterday!! I brought home some iced coffee last night so I might have that around lunch today instead of hot coffee. Have a wonderful Saturday. I am off to unpack from 2 trips.
