I decided to check out a chart for my 3 week loss.

Week 3 - Down 13.6 pounds!
Starting BMI:35.82 Current BMI:33.41
Weight Change:-6.73%

3 more weeks for me before I transition into P3. Hopefully, no, not hopefully, I WILL be in the 170's by then!

I'm calling it: 147.5.

I only have enough drops for MAYBE two more doses. (If that) I was barely able to coax out enough for my last dose last night. So, 48 hours of VLC, and then on to P3 on Thursday. This works best for me b/c it is my daughter's birthday on Thursday, and her party is on Friday. I was prepared to be on VLC's on Friday, but I would prefer P3. It's much easier to resist cake if I have some greek yogurt to enjoy! Ha!

So, I am still 2.5 pounds OVER my LDW from R2, which is kind of a bummer. However, last round, I "kissed" 145 on my last day, and then never really saw it again. I pretty much stayed at 147 during p3 last round, so I think that my body must like that weight. Also, this round was definitely my "recovery round." I didn't really expect to get to any virgin territory, but I had hoped to MAYBE get to 140. My weight "range" for my height of 5'8" is 121(seriously??) to 164. I had always thought it would be good to be right in the middle of that: 137. Now I know that I won't get there with [COLOR=#016798]hcg[/COLOR], and I am ok with that. In all honesty, I am pretty thin right now, and even though I still have some weight around my thighs that could "go away," I fit into my size 6 jeans! WooHoo!

My focus now turns to stabilizing and stabilizing WELL. After that, I will focus on slowly moving toward my goal of 140 by eating whole, nutritious foods and using exercise.

I have to say, I am REALLY looking forward to grocery shopping today....hwc on Thursday morning....eggs....bacon....and LOTS of veggies in my salad!

I will lay off exercise until Thursday when my calories go up. While I was able to work out while on hcg, I don't think I would fare so well on ONLY 500 calories...

So, I guess it is on to the next part of my journey!

oh no! i am ding GREAt i have had one protein and an apple and coffee and just water so far and no hunger nothing! if you need to have an extra portion of protein maybe you are one that needs to up the calories first day?? do you have any yerbe mate tea>> or oolong?/ they help with those symptoms

Good Morning! I decided to post here instead of the P2 thread, which appears to be dead in the water. I'm down .6 today and am so close to 30 pounds gone. My goal is to change my avatar before I end my round on 8/2 and I know I'll get there!

I'm still on my first bottle of Intermountain pellets that say they're for a 40-day supply and here I am on R1VLCD47 with plenty left.

I'm 127.6 today. Should be in virgin territory tomorrow & completely recovered from my cheat! Totally regretting it, of course. I was so used to my 500cal menu and wasn't feeling any hunger. Now I'm right back to being hungry all stinking day! Sigh. Can't wait to get back to normal. 7 more pounds til P3!

Good morning all! Down .8 today, I think. There's a bit of an obsessive story behind that...I woke up early to go to the bathroom (pea-sized bladder) so I weighed myself around 5:30 a.m. It was 198.8. I was a little bummed at .4 loss in my first week. Went back to bed. Got up at 7:30, peed again (sorry TMI), and weighed again. 198.2. Really? So I tested it again...198.4...umm...again...198.6...Wait we're going the wrong way here!!!...again...198.4. So I'm sticking with that since I saw it twice.

Paula - I'll be here for a while because I'm just getting started.

Violet - your progress is awesome!! Congrats on such a huge accomplishment!

Hells - you're making me rethink my approach to book group in a few weeks. We get together for dinner & drinks & gossip and occasionally discuss the book. I've been thinking about having a planned cheat because it's pot luck and the food is usually soooooo good but now I'm thinking I'll just stick to my regularly scheduled program. I'm hoping to be out of the hungries by then and don't want to screw that up!

Omg, I do the same thing desi! My scale jumps around a bit, so if I see it twice, I claim it! LoL! Grats on One-derland!!

I have about one week left!

Desi I am also an obsessive weigher! I like to take a peek at my weight before bed as I can subtract 2-3 pounds and get an idea of the next morning's weight. My poor scale really has to work hard for me!

Yay Paula!! Those 2 pound loss days are glorious. I love when I see one! You are right on your way to the 120's...go girl!

47 days! WOWSA! I'm super impressed--I don't know if I could have gone that long. WTG with the 30 pounds gone--very nice!

LOL--I do the same thing....

Deb--I woke up to a loss this morning, too!

D2 of vlcd w/ no drops, 146.5. I LIKE wiggle room. In fact, I would take a little more...

Yesterday ended better after I got some more protein in me. I also had more coffee than normal as well as hot tea. My calories ended up right at 500, but I think I will increase them a bit today w/ extra protein. Oh, and I'll probably mix some protocol veggies on my salad just to be REALLY daring....

Millenia, it will break. You were having great losses and they slow, and its frustrating, but stick to it, and you will have more success soon! Hang tough, I know it sucks and the only motivation for this diet is the scale, it will start again!!

Congrats to other losers!!! Hugs to other stallers..

I think I was down 1 more, almost back to my ticker!! UGH! (0.4 more I think..)

Hang in there, girl. I had TWO stalls--one for 4 days, and the other for 3. I did an Apple Day after the first stall, but fortunately the second one broke on it's own. A whoosh is on it's way!!!
