Can you have coffee on apple day?

Doing an apple day today after being at the same weight for the past 3 mornings but wasn't sure if I could still have my coffee with 1T milk in it? Thanks!

I did...but then I started out my day not knowing if I was going to do an apple day or not. I got a -2 the next morning....which for me unfortunately was right back the next day following protocol.

Good luck!

My little manual says, " Drink water only and only enough to satisfy thirst. Eat up to 6 apples throughout the day. No other food or liquid is allowed on an apple day".
It also says you can do a mini steak day. "Drink allowable drinks all day. Have a 3.5 oz beef sirloin or beef filet steak with raw apple or tomato for dinner". Hope this helps!
