P2Day15...inches gone!
Holy cow, I not only lost another lb since yesterday (total of 15lbs including loading) but I decided to measure my waist, arms and thighs because my son said my arms looked a lot thinner.
I have lost 4 inches in my waist and almost an inch in my upper arms. Over 3 inches in my upper thigh too (which is where I carry my weight as a pear shape). I just cannot believe that I FINALLY found something that actually works...words can't describe the joy! ![]() |

You will Cali! I'm telling you, I've tried everything--Weight Watchers, no wheat and no sugar, no white carbs, Atkins, Somersizing, exercising and on and on and on and I'm lucky to lose 2 lbs in a month--no matter how religiously I followed the plans (and I tend to get obsessive when I try a diet so I definitely was NOT cheating on whatever I did).
My boyfriend has lost over 20 lbs in 15 days too! |

I am afraid of the measuring tape, literally, the enemy, I know I will be just like wow your a chunky monkey, scale is a little easier to bear. Congrats though. I am hoping for the low 150's by vacation, going to do 40 days this time.

Mary--that's so funny because I'm better with the measuring--probably because it's easier for me to not know what the measurements are *supposed* to be while the number on the scale is very clear LOL

Congrats, Nicole! What a great encouragement and motivator to keep going!
I remember the same thing happening in my first round--I was shrinking like crazy! Now that I am closer to goal, the measurement losses are less "impressive," but still exciting nonetheless!Enjoy your accomplishment! Kay |

After a horribly failed apple day yesterday (caused a migraine headache so I had to abandon it by 2pm and resume eating protein), I am down 1 lb today
And that was with me eating 1 egg and 2 egg white for dinner last night for the first time ever in P2. I did that because of the horrible headache and nothing sounded good but a bland scrambled egg. Good to know I can do that from time to time and still loose since eggs are so easy and fast. |

Congratulations! That's awesome! Oh how I hope my arms will shrink. They are the bane of my existence. So much so that if I still have flabby gross arms when I reach goal, I'm having surgery!
