Eat lots of fats, ie peanut butter, lots of olive oil, nuts in general, cheeses. Sour cream, ice cream, etc...Try to load on fats and protein instead of carbs/sugars as much as you can. But also HAVE FUN!! Eat what you're craving and just try to swell those fat cells as much as you can.
Oh and You'll love the forums here, they'll be instrumental in your success- come here read read read and post post post! There are tons of super supportive people here wanting to help you along. |

Hi Cali, welcome!
![]() Here's a great loading list from Marie on another thread: Make sure you load with lots of healthy fats and try to minimize carbs/sugars as you load (unless you can't stand not saying goodbye to something). My best load menu: Cream cheese olives pepperoni baked on a baking sheet crispy avocados heavy whipping cream in my coffee real no-sugar ice cream made with all cream cheese protein that is fatty-chicken thighs, eggs, etc I'll be loading for round two in a couple weeks, see you in P2 then. Good Luck!!

Eat the stuff you crave the most, My philosophy anyways, you won't crave/cheat, fattier the better, been five days and not missing anything really, now give me another weeks and I will be sniffing cheese products LOL
