Which do you follow more- Weights or Caloriess?
Just wondering what people here follow more--the recommended ounces for things like protein and the cup measurements for veggies or do you forget all that and just make sure you're under 500 calories at the end of the day?
I find myself doing both. I weight my meat but I still write down the calories and then I adjust my veggie amounts accordingly. I rarely eat the melba and sometimes only eat 1 fruit, if any. |

I seem to do better with a little more protein so I add up the calories for two 4 oz servings of protein and fill in the remaining calories with fruit and vegetables (no melba).
