Hi, everyone. Can I join? I spent the last week just about loading; I was in NYC and partook of all the fabulous restaurants. Thurs & Fri were my official loading days with drops. Today is my R1P2D1 (did I get that syntax right? :blush and my starting weight is 205.4. I didn't weigh myself before I left for NYC, but I feel awfully roly poly this morning - I'm thinking I put on at least 5 lbs!

Hi everyone! I was down .4 today, and the first half of my day went fine, but I fell headfirst into a CHEAT for the second half! My husband was out on eastern Long Island with my son today while I was at work...I came home to find that he had brought me home a freakin delicious looking lobster roll from this infamous place (the restaurant is even CALLED Lobster Roll, for pete's sake!). So I ate it. And enjoyed the hell out of it. The story should end there, but no...I also ate most of the fries that came with it, a couple bites of my son's cake, and then a frozen coconut bar from the ice cream man! :blush: Yeah, guess I went a little crazy. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though. This is life, i'm moving on, i'll climb back on the wagon and weigh in a couple days!

Sorry that happened Just dust yourself off and get right back on the wagon -- you'll be back to losing weight in just a few days. It sure sounds yummy I must say! If you're going to fall off protocol, better for lobster rolls than a lot of things that aren't as tasty. Drink lots of water and tea and you'll bounce right back!

That was me, except it was all P3 friendly cheats. I'm just going to pretend yesterday was a refeed. :blush:

Had 2170 calories (1750 is maintenance), and I'm up 1.8 pounds. Oh, I hope it comes off quick! Yesterday was first day of TOM, but that's no excuse for what I did. :blush: I am not counting yesterday as one of my days, so starting day 19 over. And I'm NOT updating my stats till I'm back to 131.6!

You are BRAVE for weighing today! I'm not....just going to chug water, keep calm and carry on, and weigh probably Tuesday or Wednesday. I too woke up feeling bloated and yucky...honestly, I'm not beating myself up too badly over the off plan food...because I think somehow it actually ended up helping my motivation!

UGH!!!!! 150.5 A G A I N.

This CAN'T be correct. I mean, I have been operating at a serious calorie deficit ALL WEEK, and there has been NO LOSS since Wednesday. I'm not even to where I was when I left to go camping last Thursday. It just doesn't make any sorts of sense. Before I weighed myself, I looked in the mirror, and I LOOK thinner. After I weighed myself four times, I measured. My measurements are the SAME as they were when I weighed 145 at LDW in R2. WHAT IS GOING ON? The ONLY thing is that I am pretty "Backed up." I drank a cup of Smooth Move tea last night, so that should loosen things up a bit and move things along. But even with that, I haven't eaten enough to create FIVE POUNDS worth of solid waste. (Sorry for being so blunt--I'm pretty frustrated.)

I AM still on antibiotics (and will be until Friday). I can't just stop those, but MAYBE they are having an effect?

So what do I do? An Apple Day? Stay the course?

At this point, I am ready to end P2 TOMORROW as originally planned before camping and just be done.

Looking for insight...

Today is R1D2 for me and I'm down 3 lbs! Woo hoo!!! Probably quite a bit of it is water weight; I got back from NYC on Friday and I always blow up like a balloon when I fly. But whatever it is, I'll take it.

Today is going to be tough though I think. I'm reallllly hungry right now. Trying to hold out until at least noon for lunch, and drinking water & coffee like it's going out of style.

Kay, antibiotics definitely affect you. I was on antibiotics for the first round and everyone told me that they slow you down... and no BM, thats probably way hun...

VLCD19, 204.2, -1.6lbs!! (last weigh in was VLCD14 @ 205.8 lbs)

Back from camping.... NOT SURE HOW I DID IT, but....I managed to squeek out a 1.6lb loss!!

I never knew fresh trout was SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!

I will totally admit that even tho I prepared ALL my meals and froze them AND took them with us, I didn't touch a single ONE!! I ate semi normal with the family, even had s'mores 3 nites in a row!! I still took my shots every am and figured I would have a gain when I got home but soooo glad I didn't!!

I got sunburned and the mosquitos had a feeding frenzy on me...BUT we had a fantastic time!!

Wow, what a nice weekend I've had with my husband and the fam! Now I'm off to more fun with my best friend on this sassy Sunday.

So I had a serious GAIN yesterday (my first real gain - 1.5lb) in this round. This is b/c I am just coming off of TOM and the hunger *really* got to me all day Friday - but I expected a gain because although I did not cheat, I probably had two more servings of protein than I'm allotted. And that will def. cause a gain in my body. To remedy that, I was super clean all day Saturday even throughout our fun, and this morning, I had a 1lb loss. Not bad.

I still need to get this extra .5lb down, so that I can be back to the weight I was Friday. Boo. But when hunger strikes on TOM, there is nothing I can do. I fought hard, but it happened. I'm still happy about my 14lb loss so far. This is only VLCD17, so I had 16 more days to go. I'm looking forward to losing another 10-15lbs in this round.

wow! I had a serious whooosh this morning and am down 2.8!!!! After 2 days of no losses, it was so nice to see those numbers!

I can't believe I am in the 160s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was up .2 this morning but I have a feeling the gain was due to the mani/pedi I had yesterday. They really slathered on the oil and my body soaked it up. I tried to wipe off the oil but I only seemed to be rubbing it in more. Oh well. I haven't had my nails done in 3 weeks so I really needed the mani/pedi. Hopefully I'll continue to lose on my last two dosing days.

Raven, that super creamy manicure and pedicure sounds so good to me right now! I'm drying up trying to stay away from heavy creams and lotions!

Kay, I'm convinced it's the medication. Is there any way you can stick it out until your off of it? I'm sorry this has been so discouraging for you.

Raven, I didn't know you started up again.... went looking for you!

Why? LOL you're so skinny already. Dang girl..... just kidding. I know what it's like to be told "don't take it too far..." ya right. No one can get me off my goals either.

So what do I do? An Apple Day? Stay the course?

At this point, I am ready to end P2 TOMORROW as originally planned before camping and just be done.

I would be pretty sure it's the medication. All medication throws me off. And even if it's not, once I had a 2-week stall. I gutted it out. You can, too. It'll break eventually. You're tough, girl! You're an hcg'er!
