Good Morning! Down 1 but still up so I'm eating light today, meaning protocal, no extra protein. Not exercising either to see if that helps. I've shaved 3 minutes off my pace (40+ pounds will do that) so if I let my body rest and shed some fat I could get my times down with less effort. How I was running at my high weight is beyond me!
Congrats to all the losses! Hang in there Lisa, this is where your mind will start trying to convince you it isn't working! Happy Wednesday to all! |

moving back in the right direction
VLCD16, 3 days post-camping gain, and I am down to 151.5. Two pounds left before I am back to where I was last Wednesday. So, at least I am moving back into the right direction.
![]() ![]() ![]() Early last week, I was stuck at 151 and had to do an apple day to break it, so I am hoping that I am able to slide right by it THIS week! I would be very happy if I went in to the weekend at 149 again. ![]() I am going to make a guess here and figure that I will need to extend P2 to 30 days. I was supposed to be finished on Monday of next week, but with my weekend splurge, I will need to push it out by a few days. Again, while it is not something I really WANT to do, I'm ok with it--it is the trade off for enjoying my camping weekend! Yesterday I also logged in 20 minutes on the elliptical, burning an extra 170 calories. I will do the same thing today--I wasn't sure how I would do b/c I have never added cardio during P2 before, but it was good. (Normally, I would log 45 minutes or more when not in P2). I felt energized after and my hunger wasn't any different from other days--as long as I spread out my calories over the day and don't wait too long to eat, I'm good. I have found that if I stagger my doses and food, as well as drink lots of fluids, I can keep the hungries at bay. I will say this again: one of the best things about hcg for ME is that it controls my cravings. I get hungry, and I MISS variety and the ability to use certain things like oil and butter to cook, BUT I don't find myself wanting to dive into a bag of chips. (That comes later when hcg is out of my system...) Anyway, we are half way through the week, and I was able to mark a few things off of my "summer" list...hoping to be as efficient today. Have a lovely pound shedding day! Kay

Good Morning girls! Down .8 this morning. Still a fraction of a pound, but better than a .6 or a .4
So, I guess I'll just keep chipping away at this weight. I'm a slow loser (age 47, peri-menopause) so I'll take what I can get. I did better with my calories yesterday (504) and I skipped the SF fudgesicle! Go me. Hope you all wake up to a loss! ![]() |

Hi all!
No loss for me today, but I know for a fact that it’s b/c of TOM. It’s here and strong, but I feel light as a feather and my cals were outstanding this week, so by Friday, I’ll have a whoosh for sure. I like the losses I’m seeing above!! |

Yay Lisa! Bust through that 333! Nice! I know you were frustrated.
I am down 1 more pound to 150.5--only one left to get back to where I was pre-camping! I've added about 20 minutes of cardio the past two days, and it has gone pretty well. Last night before I went to bed I was pretty darn hungry, but I just went to sleep instead of trying to justify a snack. I will definitely have to extend my round to July 29th--or until my drops run out, whichever comes first. Looking back at R2 when I did the silly re-feed, I noticed that it took place close to the end of my round. In fact, I ended my round exactly one week after the re-feed experiment. If I look at my camping weekend the same way, the major difference is that I will be ending my round TWO weeks after the weekend of glutton--hopefully enough time to cement in any losses. I do NOT want to have the crazy P3 that I had last time. I want to stabilize! Today is Thursday--hard to believe that another week has almost flown by again. Planning a "pool date" with some friends and their kids to beat the heat! Hope you guys all have a great day, too! Kay |

On a more postive note--im only 7.6 lbs away from a total 70lb loss! Not bad! I am going to take a longer break between rounds this time though. My skin needs a break from the rapid weight loss. Im going to do the full recommended P3 and an extended P4. (probably about 6 weeks or so) I am also going to start working out much harder. I have Tae-bo and swimming planned so far. I also have px90 ready to go, but i need to work myself up to that one! My skin is def. starting to look "crepey" a little bit on certain places, and i dont want that!

I was down 1 full lb this morning. Wow, I didn't see that coming. I have now broken into the 130's. I'm so happy! Only 4 more lbs to go to get to my original goal of 135. I wanted to try to get to 130 to give myself some cushion in P3 but I'm pretty sure that won't happen by Tuesday. Realistically I could probably only lose another 2.5 lbs if I had all good days so I'll be happy with whatever I lose in the next few days.Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Ladies!
I am down today 2.6 (but I did small correction day...so to speak). I had a lengthy conversation with the hubby and have decided I need to just stick to protocal and no exercise for this round. I have not had successful rounds since my first round because I keep trying to tweak it. Sticking to what I know works and rock this thing until the end. I wanted this to be my last round but it looks as if I will have to do one small round in the fall. We shall see it is not over yet! Congrats Lisa! Your right down is down and I promise I am sure you have lost inches.Kay-I think you have a plan! Millenia-no loss is better than gain plus you know its TOM fault! Paula cant wait to hear your results tomm! Balance my first round I had losses like like yours but in the end I had a stellar round of 36 pounds down, so in the end when all the .5's and .8's come together that's where it matters! I can not believe summer is almost over. Very mixed emotions about it this year. ![]() Have a great Thursday...make it a great one!

I forgot to mention that I was hijacked in my breakroom yesterday at work by two ladies who wanted to know what my secret was for losing weight. I told them about the hcg and they seemed interested but I'm not sure if they were interested enough to actually do it. I was very hush hush about hcg at first but now that people can see that it works I have told a few people about it. I'm sure the information will spread like wildfire and I will be the talk of the 3rd floor but I'm fabulous so they were already talking about me anyway.

![]() Man, when I tell people about it, they take TWO giant steps away from me in fear. It seems no one wants to make the commitment and do it. Every single person says they would never do it - it's too hard. Unreal lol! |
