Thanks for starting the new thread!

I can't believe it but I lost another 3.5 pounds today! I know this won't last much longer but I'm sure enjoying it while it does. The R2 curse certainly hasn't hit me...yet

Well, I gained 1lb today, unfortunately. That is due to the complaining about being hungry all weekend; therefore, I know I was legitimately hungry. Yesterday, I ate a few more strawberries and piece of chicken here and there more than allotted.

I skipped my dose last night and feel better this morning. Not hungry like I was this weekend. I guess that means I will scale back my dosage to 9/9/9, and I hope that works! Very weird

I am starting r2p2 today, gained 5 pounds from loading. just wonderful, I know alot if water weight, heres hoping to loose alot this time. I was a little careless last time, so going to be much stricter. Mary

Well I am sad because I gained .5 pounds today. I am sure it is just water weight. I measured myself and I lost .5" in my waist and hips. I was very good all weekend long and followed protocol. I did go for a walk each day and I mowed the lawn on Saturday and got a sunburn.

I am sure I will see a continuation in the weight loss soon.

Hi everyone! Today is VLCD1 And I gained 2.5 lbs from loading this weekend. It could have been worse, and I'm crossing my fingers I see it gone tomorrow morning. I can't wait to get on that scale and see this weight go down!!

Well I've been stuck at 166.4 since Friday . This has just gotten to be my pattern...lose 1-2 and then be the same for 4-ish days. I'd rather have smaller losses everyday then be stuck at the same number everyday! I even downed A TON of water yesterday, hoping for a nice whoosh this morning, but nope! The past couple days I've even cut down (not out) my fruit, and cut out my breadsticks since I just didn't feel the need for them. I would do an apple day today, but my parents are in town and I know it just wouldn't fly for dinner later when I get home. This is just so frustrating. This is my last week and I really wanted to get down as much as possible before P3!

Good morning! Down .5 for a total of 23 pounds in 28 days of VLC! I am continuing on for a 40 day round ~and have even thought of staying on it until I lose over 30 pounds~ but common sense tells me I should follow protocol and then do another couple rounds in the future. Besides that, my first 3 weeks of P3 will end the day before a mini vacation in Bayfield Wisconsin. I have been looking forward to eating Northwoods Egg Benedict at the Egg Toss for a year! Smoked trout, roasted tomatoes, poached eggs, and hollandaise over english muffins. OMG~ yum! I figure reintroducing bread should be a momentous event!

Change of plans - I decided I'm going to make my last day taking hhcg 8/1/11 --- 8/2/11 and 8/3/11 will be my two days on the 500-calorie plan with no hhcg. My husband, son and I are going to a weekend retreat that weekend and are staying at my mother-in-law's beach house. Her living room overlooks the ocean. They always have lots of low carb food and my reasoning is I want to get as far away from 200 as possible.

Today, I'm down .2. Congratulations to everyone and have a great day!

Well today I was sad to see no movement on the scale. I drank a ton of water yesterday and followed the protocol like I have been doing to the letter.

Perhaps my body is resting after the big losses I had last week.

VLCD2-- Lost 2 1/2 lbs. So I am back to my original weight. Can't wait to see it change some more. I would love to see a 2 1/2 lb loss everyday, but I know that won't be the case.. Just have to stick to protocol, and have faith and it will work.. I'm taking it one day at a time. I have to get through Tuesday...

So happy to be down 4 pounds frommy first day yesterday, I knew alot was water weight, I peed about 30 times LOL. Today is day 2, have menu planned out. Woke up with a slight headache, probably a sugar crash from loading all the crap I ate. Gotta remember to take my vitamins so my hair doesn't fall out like last time. Mary

Well...I am stalled still at 166.4...since FRIDAY. No Bernice in sight. Today would be a hard day for me to do an apple day, to break the stall. I took some Smooth Moves tea last night, and am waiting for it to take effect. Maybe that will be enough to show a little change in the morning, and if it isn't, then definitely an apple day tomorrow. Not looking forward to it!

Question does the smooth move tea work, to well? LOL i bought some yerba mate tea today but it doesn't say decaf, so worried it will keep me up all night. Bought some small container to take stuff to work, gotta plan

I've taken it 2 times now, and the first time it had me going all day long! 2nd time I made a cup, dumped 1/2 out and diluted it w/ water. It still worked good, but didn't have me running to the bathroom nearly as much!

I know nothing of the YM

Yay! I keep on tinkering with the thought of extending mine, too. But then I say, "No!"... and then I start thinking it would be cool to lose 35 pounds on my first round. That is only 10 pounds more....

BTW~ does anyone else look in the mirror and not quite believe it? I know what the scale says, I know what the measurements are.. but not sure my head has caught up with my body!
