I am STILL at 166.4 . I don't know what to do right now...do an apple day or just head into P3.

Yes! The past few days I haven't been feeling that loss, so I'm getting comfortable in my skin...but that also leaves me feeling a little bloaty and not-so-comfortable at this new weight. I put a shirt on today I haven't worn in while cause it was too tight. It is too big now!

I agree, give it a try and see the apples breaks the stall, unless you think you are just ready for P3, in which case, I would stop dosing and move on...good luck!

I completely know what you mean! I went shopping yesterday and picked up a bunch of stuff in the size I thought I should be but had to go back and pick again because everything was too big My head has definitely not caught up.

As for me...down 1.5 yesterday and another 0.5 today. Week 1 is going great! I have really learned the importance of a proper load with this round as well. For R1 I ate junk food, lots of it but still junk food, and for the first week or so I had acne like a teenager, was really dizzy, had headaches, and low energy. This time around I loaded on mostly fats and added in just a few of the treats I'd been missing (like fettucini alfredo, pizza, and a couple cookies) and, other than a few bouts of slight dizziness, I have had no problems at all. Lesson learned!

my body is just holding at this weight and im sick of being stalled
i have 11 days of injections left
i am hungry ......hungry!!!!!
will my injections last in the fridge til i start up again in 6 more weeks?

Sorry you're having such a rough time I wish I had some advice for you but other than what you already know (maybe you're ready for P3) I've got nothin'.

Total loss for week 1 = 12.5 pounds (3 pounds of load weight) I thought that was really high but went back to my R1 spreadsheet and I lost 12 pounds the first week then too. My body just loves week 1 I guess. I really wanted to be 185 by the end of R2 but since I have to shorten it due to some upcoming travel I didn't think it was going to be possible. Now, who knows I may be able to get there!

just a quick pop-in before I start my CPR renewal class...


Apple day resulted in a 2-lb loss! Down to 164.4 today! YAY!

I was expecting it to be harder than it was. Had a little hunger, but kept my energy all day!

That's great! In general, do people find that they gain back the weight on the day following the apple day? Or do they continue to see the scale go down the following day?

Hi there everyone! Congrats Amylou on the 2 lb loss! I guess an apple day was a great choice!

As for me down 1.5 lbs.. At 217.5 today.. Total of 5 lbs gone since Monday morning so I can not complain about that!

Some people do rebound after an apple day, as they are basically diuretics, but some dont... so we will keep our fingers crossed Amy that your 2 lb loss holds tomorrow!! Great job!

Yes another 1.2 loss this am. having cottage cheese did not effect me nor did cauliflower, very happy about that. was very worried. I hate wasting food.

I was VERY hungry my entire first week. Then, following instructions from my doctor's office, I increased my dose and that helped, as did drinking a lot of water every day. Even at the maximum dosage, it still took me 3 full weeks to change over to burning fat instead of carbs, based on what the ketones were at.

As for the injections lasting another 6 weeks in the fridge, ask whoever you got them from what their shelf life is for potency. Mine said they were good for 90 days total, but I used them up by the 41st day, so it wasn't an issue for me.

Good Morning and congratulations everyone! I'm down one pound in two days: .8 yesterday and .2 today.

I'm ending my round on 8/2 and my goal is to be really close to 190 before I embark on P3. I don't have far to go...only 8.2 pounds! HCG has completely changed my life and how I look at food. I know that I will never see "2" as the first number in my weight again.

2.4 weight loss for me today. I am elated with my progress so far! I beat round one heavily and I’m only on VLCD14 (out of 35 days).

I have to be honest, though.... I can’t wait to get out of P2 and into P3 – just give me 15 less pounds additional and I’ll be set.

Great job everyone! Violet Dream I can't wait until I can say I will never see the "2" again as well! As for right now I will never see the
"220's" again!

VLCD5 for me and I lost another 1 lb this morning.. Total of 6 lbs so far in only 4 wiegh in's! Yay!! I'm hoping it continues. I so want to be at 199 soon! Right now I'm at 216.5 and I'm looking forward to losing that 17 lbs.

After that I probably go to P3 for a few weeks, then jump right back to P2 to lose some more..

Well. Sad to say my apple day didn't last. You were right, Cat. I stayed on protocol yesterday, drank my water...I just don't know what to think. I'm frustrated. I guess my body is just telling me that I need to maintain here for awhile and reset. Poopy.

Tomorrow I stop my pellets and will start my 3 last days of VLC. Then I will do P3 for 3-4 weeks and load on the weekend of my birthday for a second round.

Amylou, sorry it did not stick hun. Sucks when that happens. I dont do them for that reason, but they do "stick" for some people. You are probably right, your body is ready for a change... even if we are not! Good luck hun!

You know it just occured to me that I am supposed to start TOM anyday now...

Regardless, by the time it comes and passes I will be in P3 and will probably not see a drop from it.

Wow sounds like everyone is having great losses today! Sorry yours didn't stick Amy, but enjoy P3 for the rest of us!!

No change for me today. I ate a couple off protocol things yesterday and was kind of expecting a gain so I will definitely take no change. We're heading out to go camping for the weekend as soon as I tear myself off of here. I have what I think is a good plan so hoping to keep losing. Only time will tell. Have a great weekend everyone, see you Monday!

Down 1.0 today. Today I hit a new low weight. I haven't weighed this low in about 25 years. From my all time high weight, I'm down 162 lbs. over the past 6 years. I've pretty much lost an average sized adult male!

Definitely!! The P2'ers are kind of split as some started right around the 4th, and have their own thread...the firecrackers.

Then there's those that have moved on to P3...
