Bad weekend--blew it
Well, messed up big time. I baby-sat my grandkids all weekend and of course had to cook for them. (Durn kids WOULD want to eat!) Macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, nuggets, etc...all the kid food that kids will only eat. I just picked and picked. Not a lot, but I know I messed up. I continued to take the drops, but I'm not going to weigh myself tomorrow. I'll get depressed. I will just start over, very strict tomorrow, but I am disappointed in myself.![]() Oh well, I just wanted to whine, Tomorrow is another day... Chris |

You are right, don't weigh and start in again tomorrow. We have all done it, heck I did it yesterday, but back on plan today.
Just keep on going! |

That's right Chris. Being clear as to falling off track is as important as staying on track. Does that make sense? Realizing the reasons behind a slip is important and you can adjust your thinking the next time. You are doing great, like everyone else said get back on that horse young lady!
