Heartburn?
Did anyone have heartburn? I can't decide if it's the hcg itself or the chili I had for lunch. I just worked out and I was really aware of my heartburn!! I never get heartburn. Bummer!! It's only day 1 and I don't remember this from my other rounds. What can I take if it doesn't subside?
TIA! |

Julie, I take a little baking soda in warmish water - say, 1/4 tsp in 4 oz water. You can do that to re-alkalize your system every half hour if need be until it passes.

Thanks Marie! I was trying to come up w/ a protocol friendly approach. I'm hoping it was the chili (which I made 3 portions of) as dinner was fine. I will keep this handy for next time
. Really appreciate it!! |
