the twenty-five pound club, am down another two pounds and feel amazing. I decided to extend my round to July 31st which will be a grand total of fifty-two days on this round. August 1st and 2nd will be my two days on the 500-calorie plan without hcg.

I'm so happy!

Thank you! Onderland means that now the first number of my weight is a "1" instead of a "2."
