Just wondering about Loading mid P2
I'm just curious. Today is Day 5 and I felt kinda tired and weak. I had a very good load, more than 2 days, and up til now I haven't had any problems.
I had some WW 0 point veggie soup and a protein shake w/some frozen bananas in addition to my regular food, and I feel much better. Hated to do it, tho; I want the #s to keep dropping!
Has anyone here done a few weeks P2 and then had a day or 2 load, and then continued w/P2?
when I got really hungry and a bit weak because I knew I was using a LOT of calories with physical labor, I doubled the portion of lean meat and doubled the portion of veggies.
