When you say how much you've lost....
Do you count the lbs you lost from your load days? It's so much more fun for me to say I've lost 10 lbs vs. 3lbs

Yes, I do count the pounds I lost during loading b/c after all, I did gain that weight and did actually lose it b/c of hcg.
So, like you, it's nice to say I lost 9lbs in a week LOL. But I do wonder why we have to gain that weight to begin with, and what my first week on VLCD would be like if we didn't gain the load weight. |

Millennia, I think we'd be hungry without the load. I count my load weight, because I didn't weigh until after I was done loading. I didn't want to know what I was going to gain because I didn't want to be hungry the first week, and I luckily, it worked.

I was pretty hungry the first week. I don't think I loaded well. For some reason, I weighed 155 before the diet, and on each of the load days I weighed 155 as well. Then after the first day of VLCD I weighed 153. So since I didn't have any load gains, that is probably why I was so hungy the first week.

Alrighty then--I'm counting it. A week ago today was my second load day and I am down 10 lbs

Im on round 3 and i hate loading! It just seems like 3 steps backwards to me. I gained 9 lbs loading! I dont know how i gained so much so fast, and i found it very upsetting.

I totally agree. And I loaded pretty well (5 lbs worth). Yet, I don’t feel miraculously not hungry or anything. I have a normal appetite, so I don’t think the loading was worth the 5lbs that it took me back. HATE IT! And this is only my second round.

I'm with Dazy, don't count it. Would not have gained it if it weren't for the program. When I started the pellets (pre-load) I started the program. Believe me, would love to count it 13lbs sounds a lot better then 7!
