No diet plan/info with pellets....

I just got my hcg pellets last week and I will be starting them in a few days. I didnt receive any information with them, is there anything I need to know about? If you have done the pellets, or are doing them now, did you get any papers with your order? Also, did you experience alot of hunger with them? Im kindof scared because my last hcg attempt failed when I had to quit after 4 days due to excruciating hunger.

Anxiously and nervously awaiting my second attempt.....

Google the Pounds and Inches pdf. All of the information is in there. I bought the pellets and received nothing with mine.

I was also afraid of being hungry but so far so good. It's only been since Sunday but I haven't had any hunger issues yet.

Very Important to read the manuscript before starting.

First two days are loading days eat as much fatty foods as you can anything you want as much as you can this will help you very much on feeling good the first week. This is most likely why you couldnt go on the first time. Try to avoid sugar but you can eat anything really.

The next 26-40 days are very low calorie days 500 calories in fact find the diet portion which tells you what to eat every day.

Followed by at least 3 weeks of no sugar no starch.

I didn't receive any paperwork w/ mine, but I read a ton and did a lot of research before even ordering them.

Def read Pounds and Inches...follow the eating guidelines in there. I take 3-4 pellets, 3x day, usually at 7:30, 2:00, & 7:30/8. Don't eat or drink anything 10-15 minutes BEFORE or AFTER taking the pellets. Tap the pellets out of the bottle into the cap, being careful not to tap out more than you need. I've read that touching them puts them at risk of contamination. Once in the cap, let the pellets fall into your mouth, under your tongue and let them dissolve a few minutes.

I start w/ 3, but if you're feeling hungry do a dose of 4.

okay thanks for the great info, I will go read the pounds and inches download my sister sent me. I didnt read it last time, just kinda skimmed through it.
