Question - Bowel Movement

Is it normal not to have a BM for a couple of days? YES, I am drinking LOTS of water every day (approximately 4 16oz bottle water) I wonder if this why I gained one pound this week (Hmmmmm).

A lot of people have mentioned this with many different suggestions. Slimming tea, Smooth Move among them has been the main suggestion and the quickest remedy I've found. I stopped taking my fiber supplement when I started my P2 but won't do that again. :blush:

Thanks Terri, I take 1 tbs of Benefiber in my coffee every morning, but maybe I need to drink some smooth move before bed tonight. Thanks again for the advice.

The BMs will slow down because you are taking in less food.

I take a Calcium-Magnesium-Potassium pill daily...keeps Bernice a regular visitor.

Also... you may want to increase your water...64 oz is not a lot. I have found that the more water the better...I usually end up drinking 6-8 of the 16 oz bottles per day plus tea plus lemonade

If you are taking in more fiber, you also need to make sure you are drinking more water or it could back up your system.

YAY!! Good job! I had not seen this post, but I was going to suggest working out.

Yes, the non-BM thing happens to me for 2 days or so, and since it's uncomfortable for me... when I workout, it usually fixes that problem.

And THEN - you have greater results - weight/waste loss

I try to get at least a gallon of water a day (128 oz), and if that doesn't keep things moving then Smooth Move tea.

i was grocery shopping a couple days ago, and when i checked out i happened to look at the cashiers name tag, and it said Bernice, i thought of this board right away and had to chuckle to myself a little---poor lady, if she only knew

thanks for the suggestions, but I actually work out at about 5 days a week now...I am also working with a trainer two days a week for 30 minutes (that is all about that I can afford - LOL)
