Worried about the end of P2...
So, I'm coming out of lurkdom on the hcg section of my beloved LCF to ask about what I can expect during the last 2 days of eating low cal with no hcg? I take the Intermountain pellets. I'm terrified of being completely ravenous, especially since I've had a day or two (one was yesterday) where I wanted to eat so bad, it made me a grumpy, angry mess!
Please share with me your experiences and advice on the ending of P2. I don't want to screw this up by eating more fat before I'm supposed to.

Hi Clutterbug! Terri is definitely right, add 200 extra calories of protein on P3D1, and do the same the next day. So on D1 you'll be eating 700 calories and D2 you'll have 900. At least this is what I've read is the correct way to do it.
Have to tell you though, I jumped right in and had 1600 calories on D1 and 1700 on D2...I'm D12 now and still maintaining LDW. |

That's good advice. The last two rounds I struggled with the 72 hours post hcg (I take RX)... I will up my protein gradually for those three days this time. I found those days to be as hard as the first few!!
