Can I get a WOOP WOOP!?

A couple months ago, my DH and I finished a workout and were trying to just pass a little time at the Y, so the kids could stay in the playzone a little longer (they love that place!) While we were cooling off, we decided to test our blood pressure on the machine provided in the hall.

His was 110/77.
Mine was 130something/100something
(Dont remember exactly, but it was bad. Real bad.)

Mine has been high ever since I had my second son, who turns 4 next month.

Well. It appears things have changed, y'all.

Went to the Y today, just the kids and I b/c DH just started working nights. Had to take a picture for him, in case he didn't believe me, lol.

This was taken approximately 10-15 minutes after I got off the treadmill. Plus my HR didn't go above 144 while I was on the treadmill - and it is usually in the 160-170+ range.

I LOVE HCG!

Myrna! Congratulations! Getting thinner should, ultimately, be a secondary goal to feeling better and being healthier. You have done a *huge* thing bringing down that BP!
