Don't know the answer but I've been using it the last 2 days to sprinkle on my strawberries and I'm still losing about 2 lbs a day (I am still in week 1 though). I did just order the chocolate stevia from amazon because everyone LOVES it and then I can use that instead and even put it in my coffee

Thanks Nicole! I didn't know about the chocolate stevia. I might try that out. I am seriously missing ch..cho...chocolate

I have used it every single day while on protocol. I consider it a spice, therefore totally legal!! Not rogue at all.

I use it in my P2 smoothies. I think it's legal... ish.

Wow. Never even thought of that in P2. I thought I was being wily because I thought of sprinkling wasabi powder on my roasted veggies. This WAY trumps that!!!

Indeed. I believe it may be key to my survival. It is supposed to be good for you (dark chocolate) and so I believe I will stop being a martyr and put a little on something

ohhhh....all I needed was a bite! I sprinkled some Special Dark cocoa on about a teaspoon of cottage cheese, and added a tiny dash of cinnamon...and...if I can do that once in a while....

this diet is gonna be a piece of cake!
