Did I contaminate my drops?
Today I opened a brand new 2 oz bottle of Intermountain drops, and when dosing I accidently gave the dropper one tiny tap with my front tooth - just making a bad day worse. Do I have to throw the whole bottle away? Is it contaminated now?

Well. I personally don't think so. Today I set the dropper down on my desk and it touched the surface. So I certainly HOPE not!

I really wouldn't worry too much about it. I just finished microbiology last semester and a tap on the teeth would not capture many microbes. You'd have to give that dropper a good swish around your mouth.

and you know she's right or we'd be killing off our younger generation utilizing the "30-second rule" with munchy stuff falling on the floor  ETA oops--that was the "3-second rule"...guess its a good think I don't have kids:blush: |
I am assuming that you are already in P2? You'll know if your drops are deactivated. You'll get hungry, with a capital H.

What a relief - thanks everyone for your help!
