Reshaping
You guys!
I'm only just starting this thing, but my goodness....there is no doubt it is working as advertised. I have lost 12.5 lbs in 14 days on my first round. When at my fighting weight, I have a very straight kind of body (almost a boy-build in my waist, hip, legs) and big boobs. When I gain weight....SO much of it is in my back. Not my butt, but my back! It is hideous. Not very much in the love-handle areas but across the flat of my back and especially between my arms. Yuck. I think nearly all 12.5 pounds have come off there. It is a very noticeable difference in just 14 days. The most joyous aspect of this particular thing is that my bras don't hurt. I have *never* been able to get rid of the fat back there except by dieting below what is a very healthy BMI weight. Then I looked scrawny as all get out through my face, neck, hands, ankles. I measured and I've lost several inches in the areas I've never been able to change significantly, and zero, none at all in my thighs which is where I least need to. That absolutely amazes me. AND...it's either my imagination, but I don't think it is...I believe I'm starting to see the backs of my hands and the bottoms of my feet regain some of their youthful plumpness. If this is not my imagination, this stuff is magical. Have any/most of you noticed similar things happening? |

When you lose on hcg you lose from places you don't even want to!! LOL. I lose my boobs when I get down to 115. I am not too happy about that, because that means a barely A cup for me. But if it gets me to thin arms and thin legs...I am all for it!!! Good for you to lose that back fat
![]() The hcg is attacking the abnormal fat and that is good news ![]() ![]() |

I could stand to lose fairly significantly in the boob department. That has just never ever budged for me. 115...I think I passed that weight in utero

That's been the best part of all of this for me -- I could lose fat in the areas I needed to lose, but not become gaunt elsewhere -- now that was a first for me!

Thank you so much. To be fair, I am not that weight any longer. I have had some set backs this year (family medical issues have sent me to the deep end and more emotional eating than ever before) and have gained weight. I will be on another round in about 2 weeks to strive for that thinness once again. But just knowing that hcg got me to my goal is simply fabulous!!! I have been there once and will get there again!

That's outstanding, Dawn. I'm sorry to hear of your troubles, but very glad to hear you know the way back!
I just got back from a little shopping trip. In celebration of my first 12.5 pounds gone, I bought myself a nice glass refrigerator jar with a spigot. It's pretty and I have just filled it with cucumber water. It occurred to me that I always feel so pampered at the spa when they give me a glass of cuke water and that I might as well have that feeling at home! |

Oh, do tell about the cucumber water. I used to drink eggplant water for general health, but I never heard of cuke water. Can you tell me how you make it? Thanks and congratulations on 12.5# gonzo, Chris |

Chris, I just fill up a big glass container (plastic makes it taste less fresh to me) with water and throw in a good amount of sliced cucumber and a sliced lemon. I don't juice anything...the lemon is for zing, not to make lemonade. It needs to sit in the frig until it is verrrrry cold and for at least a couple of hours with the stuff in it. Then I pour it in a tall, pretty glass and sip away. It's super refreshing....just enough flavor to make it interesting.

Boy I hope it happens for me--my fat back has always been a source of embarrassment for me. Thanks for posting that--it's encouraging. Also, I can't wait to try the cucumber water. It does sound refreshing.

It's nice to put it in my best stemware especially if everyone else is having a drink.
