One pound away....
 

....from 100 lbs. down!!:sing:

I had been on a terrible plateau...with my weight vacillating up and down the same 2-3 lbs. I was using the Nigen drops because I was afraid of anything with true hormones in it. But then I found the Intermountain drops from Netrition (ordered Sunday evening 7/3 and arrived Friday afternoon 7/8--holiday weekend. Totally astounding)

I got 2 doses on Fri. and using it regular since--2.5 days--down 3 lbs. (I used 7/4 as a loading day, and was afraid to eat too much, so by the time I started the intermountain drops, I had already lost that LD wt.

Feels good to break the plateau, feels great to almost break that 100 lbs. and Friday is b-day. Think I could get down to 189 by then? That sure would be sweet!!:birthday:

I certainly would not have, should not have, could not have done it without reading this board. I don't post too much (shy schoolteacher here--go figure), but I've gotten SOOOOOO much information from this board over the years. Thanks to y'all for sharing!! :high5:

:clap::kicking: Yeah for you!! By the time I had lost as much as you have, people were commenting--and watching to see if it would last. But you know what--by that time, in my heart--I KNEW I would get to where I needed to be. It wasn't a matter of "if"--it was just a matter of "when". From that point on, I was open to enjoying the journey as much as I had imagined how great it would be to Be there (and I'm STILL on the journey--I always did like travel)

Just think about when we were kids and waiting for Christmas. The anticipation was usually better than the day itself.:p

Celebrate your success!! Revel in the journey, because each step of it is a victory!!:shake:

At least a million!! There's so much more I can do now, that I couldn't before--like cross my legs, or fit into one of those nasty student desks at school :blush:

I hope I didn't come across sounding smug or arrogant--but for so many years I was lurking here, trying and trying and looking, in awe, at the posts of people who were getting there--getting healthier, losing the weight. The success of everyone here made me feel like there was hope, and that I could get there too:aprayer::notwrthy:
