Good morning all... Thanks for posting this 1moretry!
Zero losses going on day 4. For the week, I lost a total of 1.5 pounds and 1.5 inches. I do not know what I am doing wrong, or if my body is catching up to the big losses I had the first 2 weeks. All I know is that I am strict strict protocol and I am drinking lots of water. If I don't lose on the scale tomorrow, it will be time for an apple day.
Super busy today~ I have a final paper due tonight, a customer pick up, and an event I am required to attend that runs from 6 to 9 tonight. Not sure how I am going to pull this off.

Subbing.

I have my hcg ordered and will be starting as soon as I get it. Meanwhile, I'm doing a lot of researching & reading. Can't wait to get started.

Thanks for getting us started 1moretry! I didn't have a loss today and this is the first time so it's not really bothering me. I used to let a gain or no loss ruin my whole day and feel like this . It's not worth it and since I'm averaging a loss of .75 per day, I can't argue with that.

Make it a great day ladies!

You are probably not doing anything wrong at all! Who knows why our bodies do what they do sometimes! I think an apple day tomorrow would be a good idea!

I used to let it get under my skin too! I do think that having bigger losses on a regular basis makes those days with -zeros- much more bearable!

I am at -0- again today, 2nd day in a row. I am going to be out of town tonite and in the morning so I won't be able to weigh in tomorrow (until mid-day that is). I am going to the American Idol concert in Sacramento with a couple mom-friends . Eating on plan will be no problem...but I would really like to have a drink or 2. If (big IF) I do...it will be something low-carb and no sugar...like a vodka and crystal light lemonade. Yeah...a big fat margarita would be delish...but I know that would really set me back . This trip is about enjoying some kid-free time with girlfriends and not about food or alcohol

Great attitude!!

I'm up today... sigh. Technically, my last VLCD could be on Thursday... I'm tempted to just move into P3, even though I'd like to drop 5 more #s. This has not been a clean round, so I'm hoping I can stabilize well.

I want to do another round in fall or winter to prove I can do it properly again... this has been the hardest round for me yet.

After looking at the losses for previous rounds, I am pretty consistent with my second rounds losses of 14#s. I think my issue this round is I'm not really counting my load as loss, where as on previous rounds, I did.

I have 4 VLCDs with drops left... QUESTION: Is my LDW the weight of the last day I take drops or the morning after? I can't recall

This is day 21 for me. down 25.2lbs. going to P3 July 29th til Aug 18th reloading and going back to P2 Aug 20th. I am using intermountain pellets. I am looking so forward to P3. Since I have lost a lot of weight on Atkins before, I think 3 weeks of induction should go smoothly. Good Luck everyone and have a great day! Pam

Have any of you switched to pellets mid round before? I think that I am going to run out of drops before I am over and may want to try the pellets for the ease of use. It seems like they would be more stable than the drops, too.

Most people will slow down in either week 2 or week 3 overall you have lost an average of .90 pounds per day so that is excellent. Hang in there your body is just trying to catch up the the big loss.

Checking in after a 4 day vacation. I went to Las Vegas and allowed my self 1 cheat day. When I came back I weighed the same as the day I left, so I am ok with that.

Hi Ladies - had a triumphant weekend! The 1 pound that I kept losing and gaining last week finally went away...4 more days till phase 3!

R1P2D36 - 17.3 pounds lost! I'm praying to hit the 20 mark but even if I manage to lose 18, I'll be happy.

Anyone else going to be starting phase 3 this weekend?

I used drops for the first 6 days, then switched to pellets. I also had some days that I used both the drops and pellets, depending on which was more convenient for me. This did not cause me any troubles.

TOM is here....ugh

VLCD6, weight 209.0, 1.4 lb loss, total so far, 6.6 lbs including 3 lb load gain.

This round is A LOT slower than R1. I think it's because I decided to start this round BEFORE TOM!! Hopefully things will pick up in the next few days...

I have a ton of my Intermountain pellets left even though my bottle says it's enough for a 40-day round and I'm already at day #32. I'm thinking of extending my round to the end of July which will be approx. fifty days.

My question is do I go two or three days after I end my round, without my hhcg - yet continuing on the VLCD until P3? I thought I read that if I'm taking hhcg it's only two days.

Thanks Everyone!

I've been posting in the firecracker girls thread, but I see lots of familiar faces, here too, so thought I'd jump in!

This is day four of -0-losses, so an apple day it is. Even though I haven't had any losses, I have felt better this round than in round 2, so that is a plus. I'm really hoping to see a substantial "reward" for sticking to it tomorrow! (as in a 2+ loss!)

Congrats on those of you heading to P3! I'm jealous! Great work!!

Here's to fabulous losses this morning!

Kay

I'm down 1 pound today.

Today was a neat day. I came back to work after a 5 week vacation, and 5 weeks on HCG. I've lost 16.5 pounds.

I didn't say anything about my weight loss- but my coworkers noticed! One said I looked 10 years younger. Another twirled me around, put her hands on my waste and pronounced that I had a "tiny" waste! They both said they were jealous and felt bad that they indulged and gained weight over their summer break!
