This sounds a little misleading (although I THINK I know what you meant ). So just to clarify...your last dose weight is your weight the morning of the last day that you take your hcg, NOT the day AFTER. It seems counterintuitive but amylou is right, any weight you lose the 2 or 3 days after your LDW is cushion for P3.

I'm down 1.2..... Congratulations to all of us! I told a friend of mine how much I lost and decided not to tell her now. She said it's taken her four months to lose that much weight on Jenny Craig. I won't tell her this, but if she keeps eating that expensive, processed carbage...she'll never keep her weight off.

VLCD1 today. Ended up loading 3 days instead of two because I had to get the junk out of the house and couldn't bear to throw it in the garbage. Really looking forward to seeing a loss on the scale in the morning (don't let me down scales!!). Little bit of hunger today but I had this problem in R1 too when I had to be up at o'dark hundred a couple days a week. Maybe I'll get it figured out this round. Any and all suggestions welcome!

I'm down 1 pound today. That's 3 days in a row that I've lost 1 pound. Usually I only lose .5 a day. I've "kicked it up a notch" by forcing myself to drink 2 spoonfuls of tobasco once a day (it's disgusting). I read an article that it turns white, unbreakable fat cells into brown fat cells that are broken down more easily. And since tobasco sauce ingredients are on protocol, I figured I'd try. So far every day that I've taken the tobasco (I tried it first 2 days in a row about 10 days ago, and then the last 3 days), the next morning I lost 1 pound instead of .5.

I also lost .5 inches in my waist! I'm now down to 28.5" in my waist and 39.5" in my hips.

My goal is getting close! 15 more pounds to goal, and 2.5" inches in my waist and hips until goal!

20 pounds lost in total!

i think i am getting to the point i am going to have to do that a question could we add it to our lettuce like dressing and it still work reckon?? i do not know if i could down a spoonful at once(though ACV doesn't give me a problem)
this is my 8th round and this last week has been just about a pound loss for the WEEK! never had it happen before only thing i can see looking over everything is the ton of traveling this week UGH and i have a diet mt dew Monday (usually avoid sodas for the most part on p2) hoping for this to have been my bad week (like week 3 is usually the anything can happen and will LOL) and that this next week gets me going downward again at a steady pace

You don't have to use tobasco. The article I read was in the July 18 issue of "First for Women Magazine." It basically said that hot, spicy foods that contain capsaicin help break down fat and burn it. I haven't done this every day because I find drinking tobasco sauce disgusting, but on the days I have done it, the next morning I am down 1 pound when normally I lose .5 pounds a day. You don't have to use tobasco sauce, you can eat hot peppers, ground cayenne pepper, etc. One person in the article took a pill that contained the capsaicin and lost 63 pounds. Another drank warm water each morning with a dash of ground cayenne.

I'm down 1.6 this morning. It's glorious, 6.6 since my post-load weight Wednesday morning, but is it wrong that I'm sad to see it already slowing down? I'm so afraid of my usual "lose-a-little-and-stall" pattern. I have so much anxiety about whether this will work out for me or not...

However, come hell or high water, I WILL do a full round of this, all phases. Now somebody tell me how to stop worrying when nothing has even happened to worry me yet!

i loaded my lunch down with tabasco! LOL and it was good! i have been using sambol olek and other hot spices too SIGH fingers crossed anyways i have some P2 chili in the fridge might have that for supper with extra tabasco!

Deb,

On P2 I ate alot of boiled chicken cut up in cubes and loaded with Frank's Hot Sauce. I just tossed it around in the bowl to coat it. It makes for a nice salad too fixed that way. However, since P2 I haven't been able to eat it, lol.

Started HCG R3 on 7/13/11 -gained only 1.5 lbs during load days. However, gained 4 lbs prior to starting HFG because of onset of period. But, I have lost 4.5 lbs after 1st VLCD! I am having headaches, which I experienced on R1 also, maybe a detox result?. Weekends are so hard to maintain! Too much time to think how to make things to eat. Total caloric intake today is 552, which is not too bad! The best thing this round is my hunger levels are minimal!

Hey Everyone! I'm down .8 and feel amazing! This is R1VLCD37 and it's been very effortless for me.

Congratulations to everyone! I'm getting so close to twenty-five pounds gone! My husband won't do hcg, but he's been watching his portions. He's lost thirteen pounds in about two months and said I'm his inspiration.

Thanks to all who answered my LDW question. I used the weight from the morning of my last dose day. Already 2 lbs above that so doing a GY day... ah well. Hope the scale is responsive tomorrow

ooops I am still getting used to the forums here. Anyway, I ordered the pellets from netrition and have been taking them while loading so Im really hoping it makes a difference this time around.
I have a question, what does P1 P2 and P3 stand for? I assume its Phases but which phase is what part of the protocol? Is there a sticky somewhere that explains all the lingo?

Thanks and Im looking forward to getting to know you all

Hey ladies!! Turbo camp was wicked yesterday. I am very sore and tired today! I am not going to count any weight today as I had a very salty dinner, but every muscles aches as well, and I am 100% sure I am retaining water today!! Hope every one has a great Sunday, hot as Hades here today... ugh!!

jnaakin, you can do a search, alot of things are explained throughout the forum. P1 I believe is a detox phase. P2 is your 500 calories phase, p3 is your bmr no sugar, no starch phase and p4 is a maintain phase. I am starting my second round p2 on monday as well. feel like a walrus from eating yesterday and today so far. Its hard to eat 500 calories, but i did hot tea and low sodium chicken broth if it got to bad, I had to mess around withmy drops also, even then I had a few days that were very hard. Their are alot of other people on here that are much more experienced then me, so maybe they will give you some tips as well. Good luck, Mary

I'm down .5 pounds today. I'm surprised I lost anything at all because yesterday I mowed the lawn, went for a 30 minute walk, and got sunburned on my shoulders. All of those things point to water retention. Usually when I mow the lawn, the very next day the scale does not budge for me, so I am happy with the .5 loss.

Hey Cat!! Good to see you! I'm gona' try to keep exercising while I do this P2. I don't think it'll hurt. I have had a week off while away. I'm really needing the discipline and structure of P2 about now!! You're doing great!!

Hi all in P2!! Some of you I recognize, and others are new. I have done 3 rounds of hcg and am back for my last one (I hope!!). I had a rough P4. I am back to P2 today and really hope to relose what I regained!! I had my bday, my 2 dd's bday, week of staycation, anniversary and week and half w/ inlaws in MN!! Despite a lot of CD's I'm up a lot!! I indulged a lot over the weekend for "loading" (pizza last night!!) and am up to 167 today!!

I am trying to do P2 closer to the "book" this time and doing the pellets from intermtn. I need to go back and read, I can't remember how I did it that first round. I have my doubts that this rounds will go as well as that first time. Each subsequent round was harder and not as effective. So I'm going in with doubts. I dont' have any trips or major social things for a while which should make stabilizing easier. I got stalled around 146 my last round and couldn't get to 140 which had been my goal. What I wish I'd done is just finish that round w/ my last week stuck there. I think that would have made stabilizing easier. Instead I tried a "refeed" and gained back 5lbs that wouldn't leave. Very bad decision.

So, I plan to do 3 clean weeks and see where I go. I'll get TOM in the middle which isn't ideal, but I've already begun dosing and don't want to start again later. I'm tired of feeling this fat. Sigh. Gaining back 10lbs when you're smaller is a whole size, so all my cute new clothes are tight and my muffin top is icky!! Back to work today!!

Yes, fortunately I haven't had any hunger, cravings, deprivation and am very motivated. It may sound strange, but this is the easiest plan I've been able to stick to because it's so simple.

OMGosh! Way to go! I am so excited for you... and me, since I am so close to your stats. I think you are a week or so in front of me. I hope I can get there, too!
