Help switching from injections to pellets
Hey everyone!
As you can see, I am on R4P2D51. The first three rounds, and up until this point in R4, I have done injections myself (bought, mixed, and injected by me). I have SIX pounds until my ultimate goal! But, I used my last shot this morning and I do not want to waste another 5000IU bottle to lose the last six pounds. My husband bought a bottle of Intermountain pellets to use for his R5 reshaping round. I want to switch from injections to pellets, but I'm not finding much information on it, even in Google. Has anyone done this before? Should I just wake up tomorrow and start taking pellets?

I don't have any advice other than to try it, Maggie. It doesn't sound like you have much choice at this point, anyway, right?
I know others have switched with no problem, so I'm sure you'll do fine! And congratulations on being soooo close to your goal! That's got to feel great! You have come so far!!! ![]() |

Thanks, Zbunny!!!!
![]() I think I am just going to wing it and see what happens. I am sooooo hoping that it won't take long. I am so ready for P3 but goal is so close that I can taste it! I am just really worried about hunger and managing the pellets since it's 3 times a day and I work. Injections are so convenient! Less than a minute in the morning and I go on my way. |

I use the pellets and really don't have any problems with taking them at work -- they're pretty unobtrusive/easy to take. I am actually taking 3 pellets 4x per day this round and it seems to be helping more with my hunger. I'm sure you'll do just fine!

Taking my first dose as we speak. I'll report back what I experience in case there is anyone else out there that switches from injections to pellets.

I just wanted to pop in and relay how I've felt the past two days.
Monday was okay, I was just a little big hungry. Tuesday (today), I was unbearably hungry. I had a few advise me to try an extra pellet, and that seemed to help some. I'm still a little hungry, but nowhere near starving like I was. I just need to find my "sweet spot." I will do 4 pellets 3x/day tomorrow and see how I feel. This is all so foreign to me! |

I just wanted to update my experience switching from injections to pellets mid-round.
I like injections the most. They were the easiest and quickest, and I had less hunger and better losses with injections. Once I tweaked my dose of pellets to 4 pellets 3x per day, I felt better. If I had to do another round, I would do injections. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to PM me. |
