Crazy excited to start
I've never been this excited to start a "diet" EVER!
It could be the carbs and serotonin talking as I'm finishing out my 2nd Load day, but the more I hear about people's experiences with the HCG, the more I feel like this could be the answer Ive been looking for. I start P2 tomorrow and can't wait. I can't wait to see what the week holds. Crazy excited about 500 calories? Yep. This is going to work!!!! |

Enjoy! I totally get your excitement -- I felt/feel the same way. You'll be even more excited when you realize you are not hungry, and you are losing weight more quickly than with other plans (weight doesn't fall off me as rapidly as it does some people, but it's still pretty darn exciting to lose 15 pounds in 28 days!) And P3 is cool too -- locking in those losses eating large amounts of food? What could be better!

I start loading for my second round tomorrow, and am majorly excited!!! I even had a dream last night that I was in Vegas with friends, and told them to go eat without me cause I had just started back on my "detox" (that's what I tell everyone I am doing) LOL!!! Good luck to everyone on their rounds, and I wish all of us to be major losers!!!!!

I tell them detox too. I told ONE PERSON, and boy, do I regret it. I thought it would help her -- she asked me what I was doing when she hadn't seen me in a month and was so amazed at my loss. Never again.
Oh, and the last night of loading I had a dream I ate a whole ice cream sundae! I never have food dreams, and I don't even like sweets all that much, so it was so weird! ![]() |

Yea, I think most people wouldn't agree with a 500 calorie a day diet, and i'm usually not up to an argument (what it turns into) to make them understand. When (not if) I get to my goal weight, if anyone is willing to truly hear about the plan, I will be more than happy to divulge...
Yea, the dream was funny to me. I guess I am really excited to get back on plan! |

Started my "Detox" today.
A little bit of a sticker shocker this morning. Apparently I didn't load I LOADED. UP to 286 this AM. Took oral HCG this AM....made me a little queasy actually. I noticed this the past couple of days too. Will be drinking water and tea until lunch and then will have a hamburger patty and lettuce. I will have to get more creative later. |

I start P2 tomorrow too. I loaded yesterday and today, if you want to call it that. I started having a toothache on Saturday and now can't chew very well so my loading wasn't what I wanted! I have a dentist appointment in the morning.
![]() I actually lost 3.2 lbs this morning so I'm hoping I'm not going to be sorry. I've been trying to eat low carb and higher fat but it's hard when you can't chew anything. I'm excited and can't wait to finally start. I made the P2 chili yesterday and it's ready to go for lunch tomorrow. I let my husband and kids taste it and they thought it was great. I made sure to tell them hands off! I made enough for four meals.

Oh boy, I just finished lunch on day 1 of loading, and all I can say is URP
!!! If I don't gain 10 pounds in these 2 days of loading, I'll be surprised. So far today, I have eaten a bagel with cream cheese, 2 turkey and cheese roll-ups, 8 oz. of greek yogurt, small side salad with blue cheese dressing, a chicken thigh with melted cheese on top, and a mini-cheesecake. I feel like I am going to pop!!! Can someone please get the wheel barrel to help me to the bathroom? I also drank 32 oz. of water so far, and need to waddle my way over there.... ![]() |
