8.5 lbs, but 5.5 of that was lost as a result of my high fat/low carb load. I ate like a horse during my load days, but very few carbs.

Start Date: P2 Start 1/2/2012
Round 1, Week 1: Lost 7.6 (4.2 of that was load)

So far in Round 2, Week 1 (after 4 days): Lost 12.2 (10.6 of that was load )

The good news is, that whether I gained 4.2 or 10.6 in load, it was off after 3 days both times!

just to clarify my earlier post...I lost 5.5 during the load. I guess because I was eating almost no carbs. Either that or HCG is really magic

I was down 10.2 in my first week and two of that was from my loading days. Even though I ate a ton of food, I only gained two pounds. I you hcg!

What a fun question!!!

On the 8th VLCD, I was down 4.4 "real" pounds, and 9.8 pounds total including my loading weight.

I actually lost the same amount of weight my second week (4.4 pounds), then things slowed down.

looks like i lost 9.4
DH lost 11.6 (the rat)
DS14 (at the time) lost8.6
from starting weights

this is round 2 for me. Here are my weights for the first week.

Load day 1 - 349.9
Load day 2 - 352.9
VLCD1 - 351.9
VLCD2 - 349.0
VLCD3 - 344.6
VLCD4 - 341.6
VLCD5 - 339.6
VLCD6 - 338.4
VLCD7 - 337.2 (today)

Including load weight, that's 15.7 lbs. Not including load weight, it's 12.7.

I'm stoked!!

I lost 6 lbs not including load weight ( I didn't really load well enough:blush Definitely the first week was the fastest. I think hormones played a big part in slower (fits and starts) losses for the next two weeks though. My tom hormones attack me for 2 weeks prior to
