4 weeks and 25 pounds gone!

I've made my first goal of 25 pounds and still have 2 weeks to go!

Before HCG I had done Atkins in the past with success, but of course gained it back over a 3 year time span. Finally made up my mind that I had to make a change. I was showing signs of pre-diabetes and just was not gonna let anyone diagnose me! Went to my OBGYN office and they prescribed the HCG Rx and needles and I immediately started loading the next day. So glad I did!!!

My husband and children have started the low carb lifestyle finally this week, so that we can be healthy together and lose together. My second goal is another 25 pounds by Labor Day hopefully. So 2 more weeks of HCG and then 6 weeks of Atkins induction is the plan that my doctor has advised. I have zero tolerance for carbs it seems, so I'm gonna stick to no sugars and no starches.

So thankful for HCG! and all the advice I have found on this board.

Thanks for all the kind words. Took my measurements today and realized I had lost 24 inches to go with the 25 pounds. Amazing!

Just an update, finished Round 1 with 29.8 pounds lost and 36 inches!!!! So proud and so amazed at how this stuff works!!!!!
Tomorrow begins P3 for me! Yay!!!!
