Day 2 Load - Glad to find this thread
I've been on and off this site for a few years. I didn't realize anyone here did the HCG, but found a thread for LCF when I googled some things. It seems to me that the HCF and LowCarb are quite related, particularly if you have ever tried the 0 carbs. I know that Low Carb is the only way to manage my weight, but have had trouble staying on long term. Some crisis or other seems to get the better of me and I stray and don't come back soon enough.
Beyond that, I've noticed that I don't seem to lose in my most needed areas. I've gotten a large stomach now that I never had before and my hips and thighs are well beyond normal proportion. I'm trying HCG for the first time to try to lose the weight in my abnormal fat places. I really hope it works. I am...the fatest I've ever been. Have traditionally lost weight fairly slowly on almost zero carbs and am hoping that the HCG will help speed up the loss as well as evening out my proportions. I am trying the homeopathic drops for the first round and plan to try the injections in round 2 to see if there is a difference. I am 5'2, started last week at 285, low carbed my way to 281.5...mostly water I'm sure, first load day brought me to 283. Today is day 2. Hope to learn a lot from you folks.

![]() ![]() ![]() I was about the same size. I began Atkins Induction and lost 31 lbs in 9 weeks. Then I switched to homeopathic hcg and have lost 41.2 lbs on it in 65 days. IT WORKS! I have officially been dieting for only 125 days and have lost a net total of 68.4 lbs! Best of luck to you! Hang in there, follow protocol, IT WILL HAPPEN!! Hi. Thanks! Even though everyone's weight loss is encouraging, there's some added optimism that comes with knowing that someone close to your same size has been successful. Congratulations on your losses! I hope to follow in your footsteps!

![]() ![]() Well, thank you! I don't take compliments well so I will just stop there, lol. Honestly though. HCG has been the BEST thing to happen to me! I am SO glad I found this forum and decided to give it a try! There's NO stopping me now! I plan to do another round or two to eventually get down to my goal weight. More importantly though, I plan on taking all the things I have learned so far and incorporating them into a way of eating that will ensure I NEVER gain it back! |

that's a big issue for me as well, Lilac. I am no spring chicken. This is the first time in my life I've not been able to get my body to cooperate with what I needed it to do. Once this weight is gone, I never ever want to see it again. I have too much to do to have to do it heavy.
