Scared..Skeptical..AMAZED!!HCG!!

I didn't load properly, because I wasn't hungry. I had been on atkins 6 weeks and lost 14 lbs. I learned splenda stalled my weight loss. After reading posts on hcg for weeks, I thought why not try it! I did not gain any weight on loading. I started at 293 after atkins 279 and 279 after loading but VLCD2 I lost 5lbs. I had horrid hunger pains the first 2 days now day 3 that's stopped, but i learned save my fruit from dinner have it is my late night snack, because I'm a night owl. I exercise 30 min a day just like before. I am not tired, I feel better than ever. Thank you to all of you, without this I'd have given up.

to you and congratulations! I know what you mean....I am truly amazed too and am so happy. I made a decision to not exercise at all until I move to P3. Before hcg I used to exercise 4-5 days per week walking on my treadmill and would average a loss of 1-2 pounds per week. This is so much better!

Long day took 6 hours to assemble my home gym. So excited to combine it with my treadmill!! Glad I still feel energetic enough to exercise, can't wait to see the scale in the morning!!

Day 8 down total of 11 lbs... I use both pellets and drops from netrition. I found pellets control hunger better. I don't really know why. Having the 500 is not easy as I've found. Breakfast: black coffee. Lunch: chicken breast some veggie, a fruit, and 2 grissini bread sticks, I'm stuffed. I have been going rogue, I hit the treadmill and then home gym and have whey protein and water. That only takes me to 275 calories and I'm not hungry again all night. Its not effecting my loss at all. Sometimes I have an orange at night or 4 or 5 strawberries and I'm satisfied.

Well day 10 VLCDR1 ...Well no loss yesterday and gained 1 lb today. That no loss gets me down real fast but a 1lb gain has ruined my day. So I'm going to go to my garage crank up the music and work on my gym and treadmill and try not to think about it anymore. Also while doing this I have been monitoring my blood sugar. There is no rise and no drops always about the same. Not sure i entirely buy the whole insulin idea, of causing MY gains. Seeing my doctor on Tuesday for a in depth discussion. If I get handed another paper on diabetic diets i might snap, especially when I'm not diabetic and it NEVER worked for me before...

Is it possible you are getting ready to start your cycle, and that is why you have a one pound gain? Try not to let it get you down as you have done so well. The average for a woman is a half a pound a day and you are FAR exceeding that. I've also read that not eating your full 500 calories a day can cause a gain. Hang in there. I am almost sure you will have another loss tomorrow.

VLCD day 11..Down 8oz today...because more strict to protocol. No my cycle is like 2.5 weeks off. I started this the day after my last one. I added more veggies less fruit, that jump in fruit sugar does not work for me. I know even splenda stalls my weight loss. So only 1 fruit a day and strawberries only. I'm kinda experimenting to see what works for me. Cutting the fruit in half also, helped with my hunger. I have days where the hhcg does not control it. The extra veggies and kinda redoing it has my calories at 475 for the day. Salads stay with me a lot longer than steamed veggies, but only tonight will tell for sure. I know if I don't eat after 7pm i always have a morning loss. I think timing really matters. I might get really down some days, but I never give up. Reading about other people, their ups and downs, keep me going.
