OMG, I finally made the 15 pound mark!!!

And it only took me 38 days of P2 to get there! I have to laugh or else I'd cry!

This is HUGE news because I have had to struggle HARD for every ounce of that loss!!!!!

I think my body is liking these protein veggie shakes for lunch that I just added in the last week along with the p2 chili for dinner!

Ya know DC, I don't know if I mentioned this before, but when I first started Atkins Induction in March (third try), I stayed under 20g of carbs religiously for an entire month - not cheating ONCE - and only lost 12 lbs. IN AN ENTIRE MONTH OF NO CARBS!

The first time I did Atkins, I lost 19 lbs in 14 days so it was a very frustrating time for me knowing that my body was capable of doing more. It was actually what prompted my switching to hcg. Of course, while I waited for my drops, and read up on protocol, I managed to lose 19 lbs more while on Induction, but that first month was extremely disappointing and I can't tell you HOW many times I just wanted to say to heck with it and bury my face in a big bowl of pasta. Looking back, I am so glad that I didn't! But I almost did! Times a thousand!

Be PROUD of yourself!! And who knows. Maybe you'll be that person that loses faster in a 2nd round!

Man, it's totally frustrating when you know you're doing everything you POSSIBLY can and the weight still only barely budges!!! WORST FEELING EVER!!!

You're right. Thank goodness we both hung in there! It would have been soooooo easy to just give up!

Dazygyrl - So you are on round 1 too? How much are you trying to lose in total?

Thanks Balance! Girl, you just started. HCG is much different for most normally slow losers. I am the rare exception. You never know, you may very well just fly through those pounds....and you probably will!

So are you saying you're only 8-10 pounds from goal dazygyrl?

Well, see, no wonder you are losing slow. You have an excuse, you're almost at goal!!!

I'm at least 40 pounds from goal. My body is just stubborn!

you're really awesome to stay committed when it seems to be going slow. I hope I can be as successful!

LOL!

Well, that's just because I had nothing eventful to report!

The day after I got to the 15 pound mark, I went up a half a pound, then I stayed the same for 3 days.

Just yesterday, I finally went down a half a pound more, then today one whole pound!

So today is day number 44 and I have lost a whopping 16.5 pounds! Still creeping along EVER SO SLOWLY but at least it is slowly steady!
