I'm New! (And Questions!)
Hey you guys!
I'm new (joined like 2 seconds ago!) and I'm thinking about going on the HHCG diet. I had some questions but before that I thought I would share my story. I used to weigh about a 160 lbs and after a lot of dieting and exercise, I got it down to 128 lbs, which I was pretty happy with. Then I went off to college two years later and was so stressed out and depressed that I was back at 155 lbs. It's my summer vacation now and I've got it down to 140 lbs but for some reason, I can't reach my dream weight of 115 lbs (which is healthy for my height). Even when I was thinner, I did everything - low-carb diets, muscle training - but my weight refused to budge. I actually enjoy working out but the progress (if any) has been much too painfully slow. Now, I'm seriously thinking about going on the HHCG diet (once I go back to the States). And now, questions: 1) Is there a minimum weight that you should be before going on this diet? I read somewhere that this diet is usually prescribed to people who are bordering on obesity. 2) Does anyone know of any long-term side effects? This one person said it hampers fertility which scared me to death =/ And # 3 (I swear this is the last one!) 3) Will I lose all my curves? =( I'm sorry for the mini novel up there but I'm a little nervous about this diet. That said, your results thread is much too awesome to ignore! Thank you! =] |
