Just got my pellets....

and I noticed they were pretty warm...also there are not directions about when to eat and drink after taking. How long do you wait? and I have heard they are hard to dissolve so what are your suggestions on this? leave them awhile then crush then up??

no eating or drinking fifteen minutes before or after

i usually leave mine under my tongue for about 5 minutes then chew and swallow. good luck!

I didn't realize you weren't suppose to drink 15 minutes before and after.

don't touch them with your fingers, dump them out in the cap or in a plastic spoon and put under your tongue---touching them could deactivate them i have heard, i am thinking of doing the pellets next round

I got my Intermountain pellets from Netrition, and it doesn't say anything about not eating or drinking.

With all drops you are supposed to wait 10-15 mins so I would think it would be the same with these.

Is it just me or do the pellets taste good? or maybe I'am just that hungry haha

Yup, there's a teeny bit of sugar in the pellet itself, so it tastes a little sweet.

it is a general rule for homeopathics because anything in there can interfere with absorption of the homeopathic
