HELP - I need some advice!!!

HELP - I need some advice!!! I'm on R1P2D33 and for the past 7 days I keep gaining and losing within the same pound. No cheating, been eating really strict and getting in all my water. Well, this morning I woke up and I had gained a WHOLE POUND. This is everything I LOST this week. I'm so frustrated. I don't know if this is my body saying to move on to Phase 3 or what. Advice & suggestions please. I was told to do an apple day by another forum but I'm not sure if that would fix anything.

What is your meat of choice? If it is beef, you may want to limit it to twice a week, and have fish/chicken the rest of the time. I have read where beef stalls some. Can you post a sample of your menu? How is your water intake?

I agree with the apple day, you are in a stall. Try to eat at least 3-6 apples limit water and it will hopefully change things for you.

Go ahead and try the apple day. that's what's it's for and you seem to qualify for it. Some say it does nothing, but I've had losses after doing so, and it's a healthy laxative and diuretic, so if you are , um clogged, you'll at least be fixed of that.

You've been a long time in this round, you may be reshaping. Have any measurements gone down? Are you getting enough sleep, anything stressing you?
being stressed, believe it or not, can cause you to retain, so relax. Sip some tea, and have your apple day. if nothing happens you can choose to go to P3 and stabilize this weight.

I have been eating chicken at lunch and fish at dinner. Sample Menu:

decaf coffe
1 TBS milk

3 oz chicken
grape tomatoes

4 oz cod
asparagus

Pretty much the same thing besides the veggies being switched out. I drink about 5 32oz bottles of water a day as well.

Thanks ladies - I will try an apple day today and see if that does anything. I was just leary of doing it since I keep losing and gaining the same pound versus staying at the same weight for 4 days straight.

Anyone heard of the bits and pieces day where you eat 500 calories of chicken through out the day? I was told to try that as well but I've never heard of it.

Are you getting enough calories? If you are eating less than the 500 calories, that may have a negative effect on your losses. I don't see fruit listed on your sample menu or weights for the veggies.

Maybe try lettuce or spinach instead of the tomatoes. My clinic says tomatoes can cause some people to stall.

Oops - I forgot to mention that I either have an apple or a handful of strawberries. My calorie intake is usually between 500-520.

And 2 cups of veggies per meal.

Apple Day total broke me out of my stall. The following day I started alternating my calories from about 500 to 1300 at that really woke my body up and got it moving too.

If you're eating the same thing (food or calories) day after day your body gets comfortable and decides to just stabilize. I find real benefit from shaking things up a bit.

I'd also be sure your drops/pellets are not affected, (for example, some need to stay refrigerated, etc). If you are drinking lots and lots of water, and avoiding soaking in a bathtub of olive oil every night, that's all I can think of. :-)
