HUNGRY on Greek yogurt correction day

So here's my issue...I am doing a GY CD today and I have been STARVING. I mean real, stomach growling, lightheaded, hunger--not head hunger. I refuse to be hungry so I have been eating GY and berries to hunger today, just basically as much as I need to not be hungry. So far I have had 32oz of full-fat Greek yogurt, 7oz of 2% and about 20oz of berries. I'M STILL HUNGRY and I've already had close to 2000 calories and 180 carbs (!).

Anyone have any thoughts? I am going to have (more) water with ACV and hope this hunger goes away but frankly, I'm tempted to finish off this 24oz container of fresh blueberries and have ANOTHER 8oz or so of GY...

Help?

I wish I could help you, Shelby, but all I have are hugs

I did GY CDs 4 times, but I never had any hunger -- maybe it's because I always waited until noonish to start eating (just had coffee in the a.m.) on my CDs? Are you sweetening it? That might make you hungrier than just plain GY. Have you tried L-glutamine? That helps me when I'm hungry. Try drinking some tea? Go to bed? I'm only kinda kidding with that last one -- I've been known to go to bed early when I'm hungry for no reason.

If all else fails, eat some more GY to satisfy your hunger (I wouldn't have any more berries though) and just eat clean P3 tomorrow -- I'm sure it will resolve.

When I did the greek yogurt cd I was hungry I ate more then the 32 oz of yogurt and more then 8oz of berries so I am not sure what to tell you because I don't know why I was hungry. Maybe have a couple of egg whites to see if that will take the hnger away.

For me, I needed to eat less fruit -- I mainly stuck to the full fat GY with some English Toffee stevia (yum!!), most of the time by itself, a few times with a few berries. That way, I was getting so much protein/fat, and very little sugar -- maybe that helped with keeping the hunger down? Sorry you had a tough day with it -- good luck!

Yeah, NOT my favorite correction day just because of this. I DID discover that I really do like GY just as much with seasoned salt and pepper as with sweetener and berries. Kind of like eating chips and dip with a spoon (and without the chips of course!). Drank my big glass of water with lemon and ACV, called my GF and chatted for an hour, drank a cup of hot tea, went to bed early...down 2.2 this morning. Thanks guys!
