What vitamins do you take?

Here is my list: Multi vitamin for women, B-50 Complex, Biotin, Potassium & Vitamin D. I have Magnesium if needed. :blush:

I was also taking Flax oil before I started hgc, but read that I should stop it. Do you guys watch your oils in lotions, etc?

I went through all of mine and eliminated any that were oil based or had any rice flour in them.

Now let's see if I can remember them all... (and yes, I KNOW I have issues... )

Magnesium (500mg)
Magnesium oil (topical and not really an oil) (400mg)
Fish oil (1600 EFA/800 DHA)
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) (600mg)
Glutamine (1000mg)
5-HTP (100mg)
SAM-e (400mg)
Acai (400mg??)
GTF Chromium (400mg)
CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) (200mg)
Vitamin K (??)
Vitamin D (15,000mg)
Biotin (10,000mcg)
B-100 Complex
Folinic acid
Potassium (1500mg)
B-12 (5000mg)
Glucosamine/chondroitin (1500mg/1200mg)
Lysine (1000mg)
Milk thistle (Silymarin) (400mg)
