Marocka- I wouldnt worry about doing 3 load days I always did the injections and it was always 3 days because they say that is how long it takes the hcg to get in your system. I do notice that alot of the drops say 2 days not sure why.
I've found some WF at Stater Brothers and Henry's...but Netrition has the best selection. Their shipping is a little slow for my taste but I like the variety they offer.

Well, I gained 4.6 pounds loading (I have NEVER gained that much loading before, but this is my first time doing rx injections - I wonder if that made a difference?) and I only lost 1.2 yesterday. My goal for this month is 20 pounds...small steps, I suppose.

Menu for today is much like yesterday:

B - nothing
L - 3.5 oz grilled chicken breast with celery and zucchini, WF bleu cheese dip
D - 3.5 oz 96% beef, tomatoes, zucchini
S - serving of some fruit, probably cherries

Still thinking about that popcorn - or some grissini with sea salt...yum...

a diet Dr. Pepper (a nice treat when it's over 100 outside) and water all day.

I was down 4lbs this morning!! YAY!! I even tried some popcorn and melon yesterday and didnt affect me as of right now I'am guessing that may change.

Made 4 days worth of my famous (to me, lol) chicken chili!! I will eat it til I can't stand it anymore

Hi ya Drew! Yes, the drops are awesome! No taste at all, like water in your mouth. More importantly, they are controlling my hunger really well.

Yes, I did get them from Netrition. I have the intermountain drops. 4 oz bottle. 10 drops under the tongue 3 x a day!

Having trouble with the pellets?

I'm not sure. They don't seem to be helping with hunger at all. I was thinking of trying the drops.

Maybe there is a way to adjust your dosage? Somebody who has used them might be able to help. Are you taking 3 x a day? What kind of schedule are you taking them on? Are you waiting too long between doses? I've been doing 8 - 3 - 8, been working for me so far.

This morning I did 7:30 (no effect on my hunger). I am going to take my next ones soon.

The other days I look them at 10, 2 and 8.

Maybe I should ask on a new thread and see what folks think.

Thanks, sweetie, for the compliment.

I am actually about 11 lbs heavier now than I was when that picture was taken -- a lot (but not all) of it muscle. I gained on purpose: I did a cycle of eating a hearty p3, taking the drops, and working out as much as I could stand -- the point being to build muscle. It's a slight modification of the bulking cycles that bodybuilders do, and it was a total experiment. I'd never done a bulking/cutting cycle, and I'd always wanted to try it... and since my butt had all but disappeared (and what was there was floppy and deflated) I decided now was as good a time as any to put it to the test.

Given that I essentially loaded for 6 weeks, the overall 14 lb gain wasn't too bad at all --particularly since that I can tell that most of the gain is, in fact, muscle -- which is precisely what I hoped to achieve.

Now, the goal is to pare off some more fat and really let that muscle gain show!!! I am tentatively aiming for a goal weight of 110, but I may well amend that to be higher... I am not sure I have that much fat to lose, honestly. I'm fairly lean as it is, even at this higher weight -- but I really want 6 pack abs! Call me vain (I am ) -- but the muscles are mostly there, and I want them to show. I'm sure I don't yet have the muscular separation for a true 6 pack, but I do have a 4 pack under there, and with continued work, I know I can get the muscular piece in place -- that just takes time and a lot, lot, lot of ab work.

Getting the muscles to show through, however, is a function of very low bodyfat.

In any event, I got my butt back! Rather too much of it at the moment, but that's ok ... it is high and firm and bodacious, and that is huge improvement over tiny, wrinkly, and fallen.

800g diced chicken breast
4 14 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomatoe paste
5 heaping tbsps chili seasoning, I use mc cormick-no sugar
1 heaping tbsp dark read chili powder

cook chicken, add other ingredients, simmer for about 20 mins.

then portion out into 8 containers and refrigerate until use

reheat in microwave for 1 min 30 sec

Sorry girls, I was consumed with the Casey Anthony trial yesterday.

I loaded on Sunday and Monday and boy did I load. So glad to be on the losing track. My preload weight was my exact LDW (349.9) from Round 1. I gained 3 lbs while loading. I weighed 349 this morning, so I'm down a virgin pound. Woot!

Downward we go!!

Haha! I am!! It's so funny how IMMEDIATE the "cold" sensation is when I take hcg. It's only vlcd2, and I am feeling the chill. My first round was in January, so I thought it was just because it WAS cold that I was feeling that way....by my second round, I'd figured out that it was related to the hcg....

Shanna, I made a huge pot of chili and let it cool. Then I tared my scale with a large bowl and poured the chili in it. I divided the total weight by 12 servings and that's how much I get per serving. Now when I want some, I just tare my bowl on the scale and measure out the amount I need for one serving.

I have been cold and I have pee'd constantly bet I got up 5 times during the night. I had gained 10lbs in 5 days which is insane so got 4 off today thank goodness. I made a big thing of the chili lastnight just was not sure about the portion size, I made mine with ground chicken too because I thought it might be alittle lower calorie.
