Anyone Gluten Free?
Right before I decided to do this I had been trying to find out if I had a gluten intolerance because I have been experiencing stomach issues every time I ate anything with wheat in it. I'm still not eating it and am a bit concerned about eating the melba toast with my meals. Just wondering if anyone else had to adjust because of this and if so, what you did. Thanks!

I do gluten free and dairy free. I use a gluten free sesame/rice cracker instead of melba. They are Cruchmaster multigrain crackers. I get them at Sams but I am sure you can find another gluten free cracker that you can sub. One of the reasons i am rogue!
